Appartamento spazioso ma che non consiglierei se si vuole visitare in SICUREZZA il centro storico di Genova. A che serve un bel appartamento nel centro storico di Genova se poi si ha paura ad uscire di casa? Perché proprio sotto l’immobile oziano tutto il giorno e la notte spacciatori, gente drogata, ubriaca e molesta, Impossibile veramente.
Terzo piano con Mancanza di ascensore, anzi L’ascensore è presente ma la proprietà non ha l’uso della chiave per usufruirne. Bagno senza aerazione. La posizione, proprio sotto un ristoro pieno di gente malfamata.

Property had everything we needed, felt safe and secure. Luca was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during the stay.
Genoa has some very narrow alleys which can feel challenging at times but despite this we never felt unsafe at this property and returned during the night with no issues.

nice place with new furniture
3rd floor with no elevator. full blown kitchen but completely empty of useful stuff for travelers that stay few days (cooking oil, salt etc)

Mieszkanie piękne, duże. Nie brakowało w nim niczego, dobrze zaopatrzone. Łozo wygodne, kuchnia i salon duży.
Czystość. Łazienka, w szczególności prysznic brudny, zakurzona przestrzeń łazienkowa. Przed wzięciem prysznica musiałam go najpierw umyć (powiadomiłam obiekt i oczywiście przeprosił, ale potem napisał, że może to była wina check in w ostatnim momencie) Jeśli ktoś prowadzi taką firmę to musi mieć przygotowane, czyste mieszkania dla klientów. Poza tym pomarańczowy osad na kabinie prysznicowej i kurz nie zbiera się w ciągu 1 dnia.
