I wrote to them on the morning after our arrival expressing our extreme dissatisfaction with the place. The conditions were unacceptable and severely impacted our vacation:
- There was human waste on the bathroom toilet brush (???);
- We found a plastic toothpick left by previous guests under one of the beds (???);
- The air conditioning situation was a major issue. Only one room had AC, and the other rooms, equipped with dusty and unusable fans, are unbearably hot. The excessive heat made it impossible to sleep, so we opened the windows to let some air in, so we could actually inhale fresh air. Of course this caused lots of mosquitos to come in, also disrupting our sleep. If the house you manage is in a location where it's 30º Celsius at night, EVERY room needs to have AC.
- There were significant amounts of dust under the beds and on top of the cabinets, the living room piano, TV, etc. This is more than just an inconvenience. Several members of our party have dust allergies, and these conditions have caused nausea and required them to take medication.
- There was excess humidity in the bathrooms, mold on the walls and rust on the shower.
The lack of basic hygiene was truly disgusting.
We contacted the host about these issues, having been requested more photos, which were sent later that evening. No one showed up (not even to clean the "leftovers" from previous guests.
They replied explaining the situation with the dust and scaffolding around the building (not the greatest of concerns taking into account there was human waste on the toilet brush and a toothpick from the previous guests).
We contacted them again stating that they were not giving our complaint the attention it deserved and that we'd like a refund to relocate, to which they replied 3 days had passed. They took long to reply and we took some time too because we were on vacation, shocking.

The apartment has an amazing history, art and decorated with antique furniture. Great experience. Excellent location. Plenty of space!!
Power outlets did not fit current euro adapters or appliances or even the appliances in the apartment e.g. microwave. We found an adapter and had to move it around apartment to use appliances. Apartment managers kept contacting me requiring info leading up to stay (several emails and texts) making it hard to enjoy my travel. It was great they were trying to be organised but it was stressful when you are travelling and don't always have access.to or the time to be communicating with staff.

Отличное местоположение. Принимающая сторона любезно согласилась встретить нас раньше времени. Большая красивая квартира, классический антуражеый интерьер.
1) В одной из ванных ужасный душ, и двери-вся вода льется наружу.
2)Нужно предупреждать особенно гостей с детьми что в апартаменты ведёт очень Крутая лестница и очень высокая, с коляскам и багажом подниматься очень тяжело. Это очень не удобный для подьема 4этад.Спасибо моему спортивному мужу🙈!!!
3)Нам очень не повезло дом в ремонте и все окна были закрыты строительными лесами из-за этого вид был ужасный и в квартире было очень темно.
4)Отсутствует кондиционер, точнее есть стационарный (стоит посреди комнаты очень шумная штука) только в одной спальне-он очень шумный но при этом не помогает справиться с жарой-спать очень не комфортно. В одной спал не шум, в двух других ужасная жара и не чем дышать((( окна не о крыть-за окнами строительные леса(((
