Central location, clean, very comfortable and friendly welcoming

The address on Booking is a reference for the different apartments, not the correct one, nearby. However I was collected and accompanied. The living room faces the inner side of the building, therefore it‘s not sunny. Just a Detail which does not affect the comfort.

Amazing and ideal

Excellent location - easy walking distance to old town (5 mins), casa Columbia, San Lorenzo church, Strada Nuovo and via Garibaldi (15 to 20 mins), the aquarium (15 to 20 mins) and the promenade (25 mins). Also 5 mins from main shopping area. Thus, a wonderful place from which to explore Genoa. Very safe location. Easy access. Nice parking. Comfortable large place with everything you need (including a gym with yoga mats in the apartment) . Very responsive managers. Giovanni and Grace made our stay super pleasant. Grace had links to all the important places which made finding them very easy. I'd stay there again.

Location was good, close to our cruise port. Grace who met us once we arrived couldn’t have been more helpful! The apartment was clean and had every facility we needed although we only stayed overnight.

Very nice modern apartment with two bedrooms and a parking place

Met host, was shown to a parking place nearby, then escorted to the apartment. Apartment was as I expected, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It was in a good area of town with coffee bar, and restaurants surrounding the area.

Nothing really, except it was a bit complicated to meet the host, but we were arriving earlier than expected, and they accommodated us. No complaints.

Excellent overall experience. Great location. Super spacious. Very modern, perfectly clean, comfortable rooms and common areas. Huge bathroom and shower. Friendly and supportive apartment owner and staff. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment, terrible parking

It was a spacious, modern apartment in a great location. Bed was comfortable and it had air conditioning. Great facilities with lovely good quality nespresso pods. Very central but quiet. A lift so easy with the suitcases

I booked this apartment because it came with parking. The parking was a joke. It was not in the same building so once you parked you had to walk quite a distance with your suitcases. Also the parking was a maze and harder to get of than Alcatraz. The lady who checked us in had to come with us and direct us and then had to send us a video on how to get out at check-out. It was like a Monty Python sketch. Honestly we and my partner nearly burst out laughing. Also when you check-out you have to e it the parking and then drive back to the flat and go back into the flat to leave the parking card. Really inconvenient. Wish we had booked a property without parking and just parked in a public car park

Great place to stay with minor annoyances

Location is excellent. Very useful list of addresses supplied by email (places to eat, things to see and do). Good quality fittings and furnishings. Very comfortable.

The address was initially confusing as the street address bore no relation to the actual address. Nowhere to hang towels in one bathroom. No wastepaper basket in bedrooms

Great apartment and location

The location was perfect for us. My son and his girlfriend were inter-railing around Europe and we wanted somewhere we could all stay together for a few days. Eleanor was brilliant. She met us outside the apartment and came with us to show us where to park our car, we would never have found it without her! I would certainly stay here again. X

Very clean and comfortable! Great host!

The house is really very clean, bright, neat and very comfortable with all the basic essentials. If you drive, there are public parking lots along the apartment with a small fee. The unit is exactly as described and as shown on the listing. The host is very responsive and kind. She even share clear guides with pictures. Train station, supermarket and restaurants are nearby and you can reach Dunmo in just about 20 minutes by train. The neighbourhood is also nice and cozy. Our family had a great time and will defiantly return to this unit if we are in Milan again.

A very modern full furnished appartment with amenities; perfect for several people to visit Genoa and stay in the city.

The property was pristine. Very nice touch to include hotel amenities such as clean towels etc + washing machine liquid and other extras. The owner of the appartment greeted us upon arrival, and was very helpful and friendly, providing local recommendations and answering any questions we might have - and was available to assist whenever we needed.

An amazing and specious apartment in the center! Everything was perfect: big, clean, comfortable.

Side information to know: The parking is not right next to the building but 5 minutes away in a parking garage but this is totally normal for the city.

The apartment is spacious, modern and looks good. I would recommend it. The place is very good as you can reach everything in minutes. We got very nice recommendations about good restaurants. Perhaps the biggest advantage is that it has a parking place.

Truly exceptopnal and memorable.

Location, Location, Location. If you want to go to Genova this is the place. Located in a very save and central part of Genova. Walking distance to all attractions including the Bignole Train Station. The host Giovanni will make your experience even more memorable. I travel a lot and when reading reviews I am looking to read about safety, location, and facilities. Without any hesitation I can say “I highly recommend this place. It is very clean, the rooms are big. It has two very good showers. Full kitchen with stove and microwave. A big refrigerator. There are two elevators that work very well. (for Italy this is a plus). “The service quality provided by the host, Giovanni, was truly exceptional, The passion is palpable from the moment you step foot into this two bedroom apartment.

Best location for seeing all of Genoa

The host is so accommodating answers within 10 minutes of any question. The location of the apartment was spectacular. 10 minutes to the port 7minutes to the old town 10 minutes to the train. Couldn’t be better. The place itself is very snazzy. Beds are soft but quite comfy. No back issues! It’s a city apartment so it’s not completely quiet, but it’s in a side street so it makes it less noisy. If you want complete quiet maybe it’s best to stay outside the city?

Location (central and close to public transport), size (plenty of room for a family), facilities (nice kitchen, washing machine, TVs in all rooms, lift in building so you don't have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs!) and great host!

Very minor but there could be a bin in the bathroom rather than just one in the kitchen area.

Best place in Genova directily adjacent to Columbus’ casa and the magnificent medieval city center

Very big, clean and luxurious. The elevator is like a time machine taking you back 90 years ago. The parkingplace is a bit of a maze. Intriguing and interesting if not all alone at midnight

Parking place was a bit far, traveling with suitcases could be a bit difficult in busy-traffic-season which it was not.

Large apartment in a fabulous location with additional parking.

Location of this apartment is perfect. Very, very central. Very good instructions from the owner to get to the meeting place and personally taken to the car parking space. Tea and coffee provided with complementary yogurts, water and biscuits. Totally unexpected but very welcome. Clean apartment with a comfy bed.

Car space is in a multi storey car park and is accessed down a narrow, corkscrew entry. OK for a small car but may struggle with a big car. More hooks for towels in bathroom and additional hangers would be beneficial. There isn't really a view as one side opens onto an inner courtyard and looks onto other apartments. The other side looks out onto the road. You can hear noise from the floor above.

Huge, clean, modern apartment in the most central location. Everything can be reached by foot. Parking is a little inconvenient (near, but not directly in front), but it's a huge plus to have it available in Genoa at all!

There seems to be an office above the bedroom, and in the morning we heard a woman walking there with stilettos on the wooden floor, which was rather loud. Apart from that, the apartment was very quiet, despite being in the middle of Genoa.

A little bit more thoughts on necessities, like extra towels, better pillows, better fit sheets. Dish washer wasn't cleaned. Coffee was bad.
