Great distance to everything. Size of the apartment is great. Easy to contact and very helpful hosts. Clean and well equipped.

Bed was too soft. Not an issue with the property, but the area behind is quite dodgy (prostitution and drug dealing).

Good for active travellers with kids but not comfort for a relaxing vacation.

The location was very central and only a few minutes walk from the city main square. The lady who handover the key was friendly and even showed me locations around the apartment and walked me to nearest supermarket and taxi station. The rooms were bigs and kids friendly. Free high speed internet.

The apartment was surrounded by multiple beauty salon inside the building (Sometimes crowded). The host provided only one key for three adults, so we needed to sync our schedule when we were leaving the apartment. The floor was not clean enough. (our white socks get dirty in a minute) The shower was damaged, so we needed to use the hand shower and use it very carefully otherwise it could jump out. The bathroom door was damaged and impossible to close. ( we had to get shower and go to toilet with a half open door) There was bad smell in toilet when we arrived, so I bought a smell remover. Washing machine will jump around the bathroom when in use. Disk machine leaking water even though not much. No view from the windows. (the building is surrounded by small alleys, so you can only see walls in one meter from windows) We received one towel each which was not enough for a few days stay and even though it was clean we could still see some yellow mark on it. (Bring your own towel)

We loved the place and enjoyed our stay!

Property is spacious and in perfect location and has everything you might need for a holiday stay! Air conditioning in bedrooms is a life saver in hot weather. There was everything you might need to cook a quick meal for a family. Supermarket is only couple of minutes away. The house itself is busy so you don’t need to worry about being too loud and disturbing other people! Loved staying there!

Shower is very low pressure. Washing machine jumps around the bathroom when in use. The bathroom bin wasn’t emptied. Our flight was delayed and when I contacted the welcome agent to let them know we were told that check in after midnight is not possible and we will need to find a hotel where to stay till 9am next morning so we had to rush like crazy from the airport with two kids to get there right before midnight.

Wonderful place in downtown Genova

The place is huge, It could easily accommodate 6. Location is wonderful, 1 minute walk to Ferrari plaza. Inside, the furniture and utilities and dishes seem brand new.. Our stay was perfect. Fabio is really nice, He made our checkin and checkout very smooth. Thank you for a great stay

Great Apartment and a Great Location

The apartment is located just steps from the Piazza de Ferrari, In the center of Genova. It is where the Centro Storico (Old City) and the newer section meet. The apartment is modern and larger than most rentals in Italy, especially the larger cities. There are 2 very large bedrooms, each the size of a studio apartment in NYC. One bedroom has a couch (sofa bed) in it and still feels large. The bathroom is large and modern. The kitchen and living room are combined, being spacious enough to feel comfortable. It’s an excellent choice for 2-4 people. All the important areas of Genova are within walking distance.

The location is fantastic, super central and walking distance to everywhere in the old town.

We paid EUR 45 cleaning fee and were asked to throw away the garbage and do the recycling, (otherwise we had to pay an additional fee of EUR 5). The place itself is cheaply renovated and poorly furnished, the bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The street is not easily accessible by car, keep in mind if coming with a lot of luggage.

The apartment was is a great location to see Genoa and close to train station, It was beautifully decorated and had every facility needed and more. From booking to arriving the staff were very helpful. The best holiday accomadation I have ever had and can not recommend highly enough.

Buena ubicación y buen apartamento.

Todo en su conjunto, es buen apartamento. Cocina equipada, a falta de un microondas. Te dejan desayuno para un día y se agradece. Camas cómodas, te dejan una cápsula de jabón para lavadora y otra para lavavajillas. El wifi funciona bien. Está muy bien ubicado, el check in es en persona y te explica muchas cosas de la casa, incluso te envía instrucciones de casi todo en un PDF. Justo debajo hay una cafetería/heladería que se desayuna muy bien y una pizzería que tiene un tiramisú buenísimo. Hay un parking a un par de calles junto a un supermercado.

Céntrico, cómodo y bellisimo!

La ubicacion es en pleno centro, cerca de la plaza Ferrari bellísima para ir de noche...esta en un calle principal iluminada y sin escalones..el apartamento es grande y super completo, cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas..se accede por ascensor..todo hermoso decorado!

Lo único es que el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien y le faltaría otro en el comedor..pero es una mínima observación...para aparcar si o si en parking de pago xq es una zona que no se puede acceder con coche, pero hay uno super cerca y comodo

Un soggiorno da Wonderful Italy.. Tutto meno che Wonderful!

La zona era quella giusta dove alloggiare. Vicino al centro e alle attrazioni. Vicino inoltre il parcheggio (non economico).

Ho prenotato due appartamenti nello stesso edificio. Dieci giorni prima sono stata contattata da Wonderful Italy, in quanto uno dei due appartamenti non era disponibile. Mi proponevano (a detta loro) una soluzione "alla pari", ovvero un appartamento a 800 metri dal primo, con una stanza in meno, due posti letto in meno, e grande la metà. Mi veniva offerta la possibilità di cancellare l'intera prenotazione essendo ancora nei tempi della cancellazione gratuita se questa soluzione non mi avesse soddisfatto. Ho contattata il servizio clienti spiegando che può capitare che un appartamento possa non essere disponibile ma che la soluzione da loro proposta non era il massimo, per i motivi già scritti. Per loro era la migliore e unica possibile, quindi, avendo già prenotato molte attività da fare a Genova, a una settimana dalla partenza, cancellare l'intera prenotazione avrebbero significato non partire, perché non sarei riuscita a trovare disponibilità in altre strutture. Ho dunque accettato la proposta, chiedendo però un rimborso visto che sicuramente i due appartamenti non erano alla pari come dicevano loro, e che essendo una famiglia numerosa avere due appartamenti così distanti avrebbe creato un disagio. Dopo non meno di 4-5 telefonate mi è stato "concesso " un rimborso di 50 euro (che onestamente mi è sembrato una presa in giro). Arrivata poi all'appartamento ho trovato un'abitazione non all'altezza del prezzo pagato: il rubinetto che perdeva, la muffa nella doccia, una coperta sporca, i comodini con le gambe che traballavano, il tappeto del salotto tutto macchiato e sporco.. Insomma tutto meno che wonderful.
