Confortável e a localização. Também os funcionários são muito prestativos e pontuais
Na ducha empossa água pois o ralo não dá a vazão suficiente, apesar de que tentaram arrumar e melhorou um pouco. O quarto precisa de uma cortina escura para melhorar a qualidade do sono.

Very nice place in a beautiful building located near subway station (very convenient!) but also a short 10-15 min walk from Porto Antico.
There was enough space for 3 people. We had a great stay overall. There might be some noise from the street downstairs but nothing that earplugs can't help :)
Bonus: The scent in the bathroom was amazing, fancy hotel vibes. Loved it!
Kitchen is a bit small but there is not much to change because of limited space. It would be great if there was a bigger floor lamp in the bedroom and some shelves and hangers in the bathroom.

I had already been to the property on two previous occasions and now I see that they have replaced the windows with new ones that have improved the sound insulation, and they have also replaced the induction oven with a more modern one. There are new lamps in the living room and new decorative objects. We felt at home in this apartment; the location is excellent, close to all the shops, the old port, the metro, Ferrari Square, the Opera House, and restaurants.
I suggest scheduling regular unclogging of the shower drain to prevent water from accumulating when showering.
