Genova was as beautiful as ever, but Wonderful Italy treated us shabbily.

The apartment was in a lovely building in a central location. Isabella from Wonderful Italy allowed us to have a late check out - which was most appreciated, but was, I feel, the least they could offer given the appalling start to our holiday.

We paid Wonderful Italy 37 euros for an airport taxi (12 euros above going rate) with the understanding that we would be met on arrival at the apartment. We waited on the street for more than 45 minutes for our welcome agent to arrive. On finally entering the apartment we found it had not been cleaned - unmade bed, dirty towels, dirty bathroom etc. Their solution was for us to walk a few streets away to a hotel where they paid for a night's stay. I had to argue forcefully to be given the apartment keys as I was not prepared to wait on the street again the next day.

Comfortable apartment in central location, but shower doesn’t drain properly and cleanliness could be improved

Shower drain was blocked, so water wouldn’t drain away fast enough and overflowed onto the floor. Luckily there were lots of towels so we could clean up. First impression - the apartment looked nice and clean, but looking closer there was lots of dust and hair on the floors and surfaces, especially in the bedroom where the bedside tables and shelves and floor were covered in a thin layer of dust. There was also a cigarette behind the bed. The hosts were ok-it is a company. The policies seemed a little bit strange, insisting on being sent a photo of the keys on the table before we checked out-we were reminded to do this at least three times. Not sure what the point is as if you wanted to steal the keys you could simply take them after sending the photo, but ok. They were responsive at least-for example the WiFi password provided in the flat was wrong but they sent the correct one within an hour or so of checking in (claiming that a previous guest had changed it, which was clearly a lie as we later found a separate information folder that had the correct password printed on it)

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé, un arrêt de bus à proximité , la grande place et les rues pietonnes à quelques mètres.

Un petit peu bruyant entre l hôtel derrière et les talons de la voisine dessus. Quelques prises de courant accessibles pour les chargeurs de téléphone seraient bien venus.

Goede locatie. Lekker bed. Groot appartement met fijne keuken en wasmachine. Airco in de slaapkamer.

We vroegen om een kinderbedje (babycot) maar we kregen alleen het geraamte, dus geen lattenbodem en matrasje. Onze baby kon er dus niet op slapen! We vroegen ook om een ventilator voor de woonkamer, daar is de slaapkamer, maar die werd niet gebracht. Het was 30 graden dus een ventilator is wel nodig.. dit maakt dat we de beoordeling slechter maken. De badkamer heeft ook onderhoud nodig, vocht plekken en de wc borstel is gebroken.

Lokalizacja - centrum wypadowe. Do każdego miejsca blisko. Przepiękna włoska kamienica. Przestronnie i wygodnie. Zostaliśmy powitani miło i serdecznie. Świetny i szybki kontakt. Polecam

Jedyny minus za klimatyzację, która była tylko w jednej sypialni. W pozostałych pomieszczeniach było bardzo ciepło.

Dover lasciare pulite le stoviglie ed il fastidio a dover provvedere a gettare la ( pochissima ) spazzatura. Abbiamo ovviamente provveduto a farlo ma sarebbe più comodo far pagare qualcosa in più e ricomprendere anche tali servizi. Talvolta con i tempi stretti del check out perentorio anche queste piccole incombenze diventano disagi

Ulazna vrata su cesto lupala, kao da neko pokusava uci. Zvucna izolacija nije tako dobra. Visina stropa je malo niza od uobicajene, pa nije za visocije osobe od prosjecnih.
