Wonderful short stay in a beautiful Genovese apartment!

We loved that the location was within walking distance to everything and that the apartment had absolutely everything you could need! The apartment Verde had a Nespresso machine and milk frother, a microwave, hair dryer, even a flat iron! Honestly, it was the most well-equipped apartment I’ve ever rented for a short stay! The host, Alma, provided so many nice touches: traditional Genovese focaccia upon arrival, the fridge stocked with juice, water and a few sodas for our stay. Each morning, we’d wake up to find a bag on our door with focaccia and croissants for our breakfast. The apartment was spotlessly clean, too. It was a wonderful stay. Just a shame we couldn’t stay longer !

Alma—whose name beautifully means soul in English—truly lives up to it. Her warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful gestures made our stay absolutely exceptional. The apartment was not only beautiful and spotless but also full of little surprises that made us feel right at home. There were refreshing drinks, bottles of water, chocolates, fluffy towels for everyone, and even comfortable robes. The bathroom was stocked with all those thoughtful extras that most places forget—everything you need to settle in with ease. One of the most delightful moments was when we arrived and Alma asked us what we would like for breakfast. We even got to choose the flavor of the croissants! The next morning, she left fresh croissants and delicious focaccia at our door—such a kind and personal touch that made us feel pampered and appreciated. It was really, really nice. Alma was especially kind to us throughout our stay. You can truly feel her generosity and soul in the way she hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here. If you're lucky enough to book this place, you’ll enjoy not only a beautiful apartment, but also the company of a host with a truly beautiful soul. Thank you, Alma! 💫

beautiful little apartment

Very cute cozy little apartment with everything you need. the apartment is very well equipped, it has everything, but absolutely everything (and a hair straightener 😉). communication with the owner is easy and simple, the housekeeper is available every day. the beds are very comfortable, the whole apartment is air-conditioned, there are even two TVs + Netflix. we stayed 6 nights, my daughter joined us for two nights, the landlady was happy to accept it and immediately prepared a bed for her (cape, sleep everything) without additional expense. when we arrived, we were greeted by a fridge full of drinks and an apartment full of snacks, all for free. every morning they brought us warm foccacia and croissants. Wonderful service and I will definitely come back and recommend!

I’ve been travelling in Europe since the beginning of April and this apartment is most definitely the best I’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail is exceptional, the staff and responsiveness were second to none. I was amazed at the little things that we did not expect such as fresh pastries and bottles of water every day, the yoghurt and cold pressed juices available. From the initial greeting to our departure, everything was amazing. I do not hesitate in recommending this awesome apartment.

everything was fantastic. the room is large and has a fabulous bed and pillows so comfortable. The generosity was unbelievable we had fresh foccaccia on arrival and the fridge was stacked out with juice water yoghurts etc and in the morning a small bag was hanging on the door with fresh pastries and more foccaccia,. plus there is a nespresso machine loads of tea bags and so well equipped. There is a lift so easy with heavy bags and a bus outside the door which takes you into the old city . we would stay here again even though it is not quite in the center but with the staff who work here and the generosity why stay anywhere else t

Superb apartment in an excellent location

We stayed for one week in the apartment and could not fault it. Alma's attention to detail was exceptional and the daily delivery of pastries to our door each morning was wonderful! The apartment's location was excellent with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop and restaurants all on our doorstep. We never had to wait more than ten minutes for a bus which stopped near both train stations, as well as passing through the main shopping district. The beach and promenade to Boccadasse was just at the end of the road. Thank you Alma for a lovely stay!

There was some city noise during the night but this was easily resolved with ear plugs.

The host is very nice! We are the first one to book this room, everything is new. At the first we had a little problem with the booking.com, but the host tried to solve the problem very kindly. The location is just at the free beach area and the host also gave us a very good restaurant nearly. If we come to Genova again we will booking this one definitely.

Semplicemente perfetto

Location molto comoda, sopra la fermata del bus per raggiungere tutti i punti da visitare a Genova. Siamo stati accolti da Tiziana, abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto con mio suocero che è disabile e Tiziana è stata subito molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è stupendo, veramente molto pulito, elegante, pieno di tocchi extra che rendono il soggiorno speciale. Letto comodo, c' è assolutamente tutto ciò che uno ha bisogno e di più. Check in and check out semplici e veloci. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Colazione con brioches e focaccia fresca. Frigo pieno di bibite, succhi, Yogurt, snacks. Siamo stati molto bene e ci tornerei senza pensarci.

Alloggio top per in soggiorno a Genova con tutti i confort

Posizione molto comoda perché non molto lontano da centro, c'è anche un comodo autobus che vi ci porta (fermata proprio sotto casa, linea 20) ma in massimo 45 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico. Inoltre ci sono molti parcheggi nei dintorni dell'appartamento (a pagamento con parchimetro fino alle ore 20 poi gratuiti la notte e i festivi) in zona piacevole e con moltissimi servizi presenti. La persona che ci ha accolto per il check in molto gentile, disponibile e efficace! Siamo stati trattati benissimo!

Un accueil formidable et un très bel appartement, mêlant tradition et modernité

Nous recommandons absolument la Maison d'or. Alma est extrêmement disponible et accessible, et gère parfaitement les lieux. Tiziana, qui s'occupe au quotidien des appartements, est très sympathique et efficace. Le service est digne d'un hôtel de luxe. Le matin, le totebag suspendu à la porte avec les bons croissants frais et la focaccia typique met de bonne humeur pour la journée! Dans le frigo, tout est à disposition des hôtes pour compléter le petit-déjeuner, l'appartement est extrêmement bien équipé, très bien chauffé si nécessaire, et enfin les lits sont très confortables. Pour finir, la situation géographique proche du Corso Italia, dans un joli quartier résidentiel, nous a permis d'accéder à la promenade du bord de mer très facilement. Un sans faute! MERCI

Maison d’Or es un apartamento increíble, decorado con mucho gusto y cuidado en cada detalle. El desayuno es estupendo, con pastas frescas por la mañana que hacen empezar el día de la mejor manera. Pobyt w tym miejscu był wyjątkowy. Za niewielką cenę można przeżyć wspaniały czas w tym apartamencie.

Szczególnie zwróciłem uwagę na dużą ilość darmowych produktów w apartamencie, które były do naszej dyspozycji. Pełną lodówką, dodatkowo zestaw kawowy, dżemy, płatki, mleko i wiele wiele innych. Na powitanie czekała na nas focaccia, a rano zostały nam przyniesione croissanty z nową focaccia na śniadanie.

Wszystko było znakomite! Gościnność i zaangażowanie gospodyni zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie. Obiekt jest urządzony i wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Znajdują się tu kosmetyki i przybory codziennego użytku. Mieszkanie jest bardzo wygodne, czas w nim spędzony upłynął nam bardzo mile i chętnie wrócimy następnym razem.

È stato tutto perfetto: appartamento spazioso, letto comodissimo (il migliore su cui abbia mai dormito!), cucina fornitissima, bagno dotato di tutto il necessario (anche schiuma da barba e dopo-barba). L’attenzione ai dettagli è maniacale: dalla cura dell’arredamento al cornetto e focaccia in sacchetti personalizzati offerti ogni mattina agli ospiti.

Séjour tout confort à Gênes

Appartement impeccable, bien situé et très confortable. Il y a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. L'accueil d'Alma est irréprochable et l'attention aux détails (foccacia et croissants frais, notamment) est à souligner. N'hésitez pas à réserver pour un séjour très agréable à Gênes.

Pessima gestione da parte della proprietaria.

La casa è spaziosa , pulita , ottima la colazione che la proprietaria gentilmente offre agli ospiti. Peccato davvero che però sia un po’ troppo irascibile quando le si fanno notare delle cose che non vanno bene.

La proprietaria mi ha inveito contro dicendo che non era vero ,quando le è stato fatto notare di aver trovato del latte avariato nel frigorifero,per averle segnalato che il lavandino del bagno perdeva acqua nel cassetto sottostante,perché non sigillato adeguatamente e la piastra elettrica non funzionava. Poi il penultimo giorno dopo essere stati gli altri quattro in quelle condizioni , ha mandato un “geometra” per sigillare il lavandino , che non abbiamo potuto usare per tutto il resto della giornata, considerando che il mattino successivo saremmo partiti!Nella stessa mattinata è arrivata una nuova piastra, in un sacchetto attaccato alla porta, rimasta inutilizzata per ovvi motivi! Vorrei far notare che il forno a microonde si trova a più di due metri da terra, per arrivarci si deve salire su di una scaletta di legno a dir poco precaria!La sicurezza dov’è?
