Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr symphatische und herzliche Person. Obwohl wir vergessen hatten unseren PKW Stellplatz zu reservieren, stellte Sie uns ihren privaten Stellplatz zur Verfügung und parkte ihr Auto um. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zentrum ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Die Appartements haben einen ganz besonderen Charme und sind gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Ein secret place mitten in der Stadt.

This property may not be perfect, but it certainly has a lot of charm and personality. It is tucked away, surrounded by a well-maintained and mature gardens. The rooms and kitchen were clean upon our arrival. Many of the local attractions, restaurants, the Genova Brignole train station, are located nearby and we enjoyed taking our daily stroll along the Via XX Settembre to the old city and the port.
Our host, Laura, was very friendly and communicative, and she came up with some very useful recommendations about Genova and a few other spots along the Riviera di Levante.

Laura is a very nice host with a friendly dog. We had the studio apartment which has lots of rooms and some private outside space. The location is quite close to the bus and train stations.
The property is listed with a high rating and quoted as being a ‘luxury’ apartment and is called a ‘resort’ which is not correct in my opinion, but may be a problem with translation. It is old fashioned and basic, do read the earlier reviews, they are very mixed. Parking is very tight and you have to pay €8 per wash to use the washing machine if you stay less than 3 days.
