Logement atypique voire surprenant au premier regard. Mais qui se révèle charmant dans un jardin qui lui apporte de la fraicheur bienvenue en période de canicule. Très grande superficie idéale pour accueillir un couple avec 2 adolescents.

Petits soucis avec certains équipements; mais dans l'ensemble vite résolus par l'hôtesse des lieux. Nuisances sonores de la rue et des trains; rançon d'une situation en ville et à proximité de la gare.

L'albergo si trova in un'antica villa riadattata nel tempo per ospitare persone. Un luogo inaspettato, ricco di verde, viottoli, terrazzini e salottini-verande che la proprietaria ha arredato con grandissimo gusto nei minimi dettagli. La camera era confortevole, pulita, ben arredata e fornita di kit per la colazione (bollitore, fornetto, macchina caffè, piatti, posate, bicchieri, fette, marmellate, tè). Abbiamo consumato la colazione nella deliziosa veranda antistante alla camera e i bambini hanno potuto scorrazzare in sicurezza nei vari spazi e viottoli adiacenti. La proprietaria Laura è super accogliente e disponibile

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia a cui Laura ha provveduto. Il bagno ha uno stile un po' antiquato che cozza col resto. Per raggiungere le camere/apparramenti bisogna salire scale e viottoli perché la villa si inerpica su una piccola collina

The location is very convenient due to the proximity of the train station. Also the gardens around the property are very nice, while the room is not very modern, it has everything that's necessary for a stay.

The neighbouring rooms are quite close, so during the evening I could often hear the other guests talking or partying. Also, the common area is shared, beware of this if you're booking the room and you would value your privacy.

Laura is a very nice host with a friendly dog. We had the studio apartment which has lots of rooms and some private outside space. The location is quite close to the bus and train stations.

The property is listed with a high rating and quoted as being a ‘luxury’ apartment and is called a ‘resort’ which is not correct in my opinion, but may be a problem with translation. It is old fashioned and basic, do read the earlier reviews, they are very mixed. Parking is very tight and you have to pay €8 per wash to use the washing machine if you stay less than 3 days.
