Very clean and comfortable and everyone has their own en-suite bathroom. Fully functioning AC. There is no communal area like a living room or full kitchen but the Autumn room has a kitchenette and every room has a mini fridge which worked perfectly fine for us. The host is absolutely lovely, very welcoming, communicative and so helpful - this was a big plus. The location is very good even if you don't have a car. Genova Brignole is a 10-15 min walk away and from there you can very easily travel to different parts of Genova and explore the Italian Riviera. There are grocery stores and cafe's nearby too. It is also close to Corso Italia which is great to walk down. I will say that it was a bit noisy. The road is busy so you hear a lot from outside, but also within the building there was noises and banging that would wake me up. Maybe I am just not used to that though! It did not take away from the stay however! I still highly recommend ☺️
