Great stay close to town.

Clean and spacious room with all the necessary utilities (iron etc). Location was good - 10min walk into the centre / old town. We parked nearby in the Royal Park Corvetto which was convenient.

Bed was very wobbly and needed tightening, which meant you were easily woken by movement

It was a great stay, would definitely book again

The room was super comfortable and clean! The location is great, and the windows faced the inner courtyard, so it’s very calm

The diverter was kinda broken, so you had to turn on the water first and only then could switch it (sometimes several times🥲). The room was pretty dark and the floor was a bit chilly, but it’s not that critical

Alojamiento amplio con cama de matrimonio. El baño contaba con ducha bastante grande y dispensadores de gel y champú.

Lo único fue que no nos pusieron sábana bajera y un edredón bastante gordo para ser verano por lo que se pasaba calor

Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns das stilvolle Design der Zimmer und die ruhige Atmosphäre, die einen sofort entspannen ließ.

Es gab kaum etwas, das uns nicht gefallen hat.

Peccato! Struttura con molto potenziale con servizio complementamente da remoto e non funzionante!

Palazzo signorile, camera molto spaziosa, ben arredata.

Gestione check in tramite un software non funzionante e oneroso in termini di tempo per i clienti (non sono riuscita ad inserire i mille dati richiesti - in genere la registrazione degli ospiti e’ a carico di chi affitta!). Al momento dell’arrivo ci e’ stato fornito un indirizzo non corretto che ci ha portato in un altro palazzo con stesso numero civico!! L’accesso avviene tramite codici, che pero’ la seconda sera non hanno funzionato e il servizio telefonico non e’ stato per niente di aiuto (abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti fuori la porta insieme ad altri ospiti con lo stesso problema), abbiamo dovuto suonare / svegliare altre persone nel palazzo per farci aprire il portone! Ci e’ stato poi offerto un late check out per rimediare che pero’ non ci e’ servito perché dovevamo partire presto!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié l’architecture et la situation géographique.

La situation en ville était parfaite. Nous avons pu nous garer à proximité grâce aux conseils de notre hôte. Nous voyagions en famille et la chambre familiale de 4 personnes était parfaite. Grande chambre très lumineuse et salle de bain moderne et propre.

Locație ultracentrala și apartament modern, curat, pentru a vizita centrul istoric și palatele Rolli.

Am ales un apartament cu balcon, dar de fapt este doar o balustrada tip balcon franțuzesc care da înspre curtea interioară. Se poate deschide ușa, dar nu ai efectiv, un balcon. Ar fi fost plăcut sa îl avem.

La posizione è ottima. Centrale e servitissima dai mezzi pubblici e vicino a tutti i negozi. La stanza è pulita e ben arredata. Dotata di aria condizionata, wi-fi, TV, fon, macchina per caffè Nespresso, ferro da stiro con asse. Mi hanno fatto trovare le capsule per il caffè e dell'ottimo tè o camomilla. La biancheria di pregio. Insomma cosa chiedere di più? Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Ho trovato tutto ciò che mi serviva. Spero di tornarci presto per una vacanza.
