Duży apartament w centrum Genui z widokiem

Apartament bardzo przestronny, na szóstym piętrze zabytkowego budynku typu palazzo ( jest winda, ale trzeba pokonać kilka schodów do niej), w centrum Genui, blisko Dworca Genua Brignole ( 5 minut), ok 25 minut spacerem od portu i Akwarium, wspaniały widok na miasto, trzy sypialnie, salon z aneksem, dwie łazienki. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czyste łazienki, pościele, ręczniki, piekarnik, kuchenka, zmywarka, kawiarki, mikrofala, pralka, żelazko, suszarki do włosów, etc. Kosmetyki w łazienkach, kawa, herbata, cukier, oliwa, podstawowe przyprawy, a nawet dżem w kuchni. W mieszkaniu dzięki okiennicom nie było gorąco (pobyt w lipcu). Dobre łącze Wi-Fi. Wokół budynku kilka opcji parkowania auta. Bezproblemowy, świetny kontakt z przesympatycznym właścicielem. W sytuacji awarii w apartamencie, właściciel szybko zareagował i rozwiązał problem, ratując nasz pobyt. Pełen profesjonalizm. Warto zwrócić uwagę, że Genua jest miastem portowym i nigdy nie śpi, jeśli szuka się ciszy w apartamencie nocą... trzeba zamknąć okna lub zaopatrzyć się w korki do uszu. To jednak centrum miasta, co dla nas akurat było wielkim plusem. Zakwaterowanie szybkie, samodzielne, elastyczne godziny. Będziemy naprawdę miło wspominać pobyt.

Drzwi do apartamentu są szklane, czarne i nie są dźwiękoszczelne (głośny powrót sąsiada z apartamentu obok wyrwał nas ze snu) . Nie było kieliszków do wina i suszarki na pranie, ale to drobnostki.

Appartamento d'epoca ben tenuto in un contesto signorile, bella vista.

la sig.ra Stefania molto disponibile al telefono per spiegare un po'l'appartamento e Genova in generale, la vista dalle finestre, gli ampi spazi e il contesto dell'appartamento, l'attenzione per gli ospiti, come degli snack per colazione preconfezionati e qualche giochino da tavolo oltre che prodotti per la doccia etc.

la comunicazione tramite booking e wa all'inizio inesistente in quanto ho scritto e per 3 giorni non ho avuto risposta, solo dopo aver chiamato ho potuto contattare gli host, poi rimediato con una telefonata molto esaustiva e dettagliata. La pulizia dei pavimenti piastrellati (non quella a mosaico) veramente scadente, si vedevano impronte di scarpe e una patina di detersivo non pulito.

Buono

La posizione ottima, accanto alla stazione di Brignole, a 15 minuti di passeggiata piacevole verso il centro e il porto. Il palazzo da sogno, un palazzo nobiliare del 1906, con ampie stanze e luminose e soprattutto essendo al sesto piano, una vista sulla città e molto silenziosa.

Troppe cose in appartamento, che creavano accumuli di polvere. E poi troppi stili di arredamento...

Un magnifique appartement qui mériterait des améliorations substancielles !

L'appartement est dans un immeuble magnifique. Le propriétaire est avenant et très sympathique. Il nous a indiqué un parking à proximité, car celui de la résidence était complet, très bien sécurisé et pour 18 euros par jour.

En revanche, l'appartement n'était pas propre : nous avons trouvé des cheveux au sol et dans la douche, une boucle d'oreille était posée sur le lavabo de la salle de bain et cerise sur le gâteau, il y avait du linge mouillé dans la machine à laver, sans doute depuis plusieurs jours. Enfin, le manque de climatisation fait que le séjour n'a pas été apprécié par la famille. Le ventilateur ne suffisait pas à rafraichir les pièces. Il conviendrait sans doute de changer de femme de ménage... et d'investir dans une clim pour une ville au climat chaud !

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien situé permettant de faire les visites à pied.

Grand appartement avec un bon emplacement.

Je suis arrivée sans avoir reçu les instructions pour accéder à l’appartement . Discussion difficile avec le gardien de l’immeuble, c’est dommage de perdre du temps quand on a fait de la route et que l’on arrive avec bagages et enfants. Une fois les instructions reçues sur mon téléphone accès (enfin) facile au logement.

Vaste et bel appartement idéalement situé pour la découverte de la vieille ville de Gênes

Grand appartement très bien agencé pour notre groupe de 9 personnes dans un magnifique palais, avec 2 douches et 2 toilettes Emplacement parfait pour la visite de la ville à pied, parking payant (18 euros/j) très proche

-la vaisselle est un peu juste, pas de micro-ondes ni grille pain -les canapés lits ne sont pas très confortables -attention au système de fermeture des portes de séparation qui peut se bloquer facilement
