Perfect for 8 people!!

It is perfect for a big group. Everything renovated. Great location, possible to go walking to Brignole Station. The host is just the best, super friendly and willing to help.

Once we found the property it wasn’t far from train station, and the centre. Property was clean with all amenities and having 2 bathrooms with showers was great

Large apartment, comfortable and spacious, suitable for larger groups, located on one of the main boulevards, not far from waterfront. Public parking is nearby.

Ottimo soggiorno. Eravamo due coppie di amici e 4 bambine. Siamo stati molto bene. Due bagni. Camere spaziose. Tutto il necessario per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. Zona ben fornita da diversi servizi.

El mejor alojamiento de Génova

Ha sido una estancia espectacular. No podía ser mejor todo, la limpieza, la situación, la cantidad de buenos detalles, las instalaciones, etc etc. Hemos estado mejor que en casa, no nos queríamos ir. Y sobretodo la chica que nos atendió es muy maja y atenta. Si volvemos a Génova no dudaremos en reservar otra vez. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Hemos quedado muy contentos. Gracias Lara.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone per due notti presso "I colori del mare" ; l'appartamento è ottimo, composto da tre camere spaziose, una cucina abitabile e ben fornita, due bagni moderni; molto pulita, ammobiliata con gusto. Posizione strategica per muoversi in Genova. Non ultimo, proprietaria molto disponibile. Consiglaitissimo!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour je recommande.

Appartement très bien situé sur une voie très bruyante heureusement les doubles vitrages atténuent fortement le bruit. La cuisine est sombre fenêtre donnant sur une cour sombre mais nous ne faisions que le petit déjeuner sinon tout le reste est très très bien, propre, bien équipé, bien situé à 10 minutes de la gare et centre ville.

Parfait !

La localisation est super. Les chambres très spacieuses et les sdb très fonctionnelles. On a particulièrement apprécié le fait que tout soit à disposition : thé, café, huile, vinaigre, poivre, sel, sopalin, papier toilette, lessive, tablettes lave-vaisselle, gel douche, shampoing, après shampoing... des petits détails qui facilitent grandement les courts séjours 😊 Merci !

Gran bella casa

La posizione della casa è comoda per girare Genova agevolmente (letteralmente 10 minuti dalla stazione Brignole). La casa si presenta moderna, ben organizzata, bagni all'ultimo grido e camere ben realizzate, il tutto corredato da ogni dotazione possibile. Disponibile un buon bar per le colazioni di fianco alla casa. Super complimenti alla proprietaria, gentilissima e pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda.

Non do il 10 perchè purtroppo la casa, data la sua ottima posizione, sconta tutto sulla rumorosità. Si è al primo piano di un incrocio con semaforo e si è soggetti ai rumori del traffico in ogni momento, molto difficile dormire la notte. La qualità degli infissi è decisamente eccellente (è quasi clamorosa la differenza con la finestra aperta), tuttavia la strada è veramente troppo rumorosa.
