They lied on Booking.com about the Wi-Fi and the television being in working order, but they weren't. Cigarette butt

Try find something better

Not alot... it was small... no sitting space apart from a table which separated the kitchen and bed room. Beds were ok. Finding the apartment was something else! No parking. Hard to get in. Instructions definitely not clear. And if you go out and try come back in and the door isn't open you can't get in! Its dumb! More information is definitely needed!

The worst experience ever

Centro Acquario San Giorgio acts irresponsibly and with no respect for clients. I made my reservation about six months ago, before my trip. They cancelled my stay one day before I was supposed to arrive. They practically took my money and left me with nothing, no information, and so far, no money back. As proof, I am enclosing the conversation via Booking so-called Client Service which was useless. I haven't obtained ANY HELP FROM BOOOKING, absolutely none. Sending numerous messages via different tabs to Booking Client Service I havn'nt obtained any message back. Of course, I was obliged to make a new reservation, which was much more expensive. If it were one such incident, they could call it force majeure. So far, they have not responded back, they have not given my money back. Now they are not even interested in this reservation, and they didn't let me in. I have read many similar opinions on Google Maps but now they use the name B&B San Giorgio. Now this is clear and proven; this is their way to treat clients, just a modus operandi. I am very disappointed that Booking is cooperating with partners acting so disrespectfully and un reliably. I give 1 * because I cannot give less. Beware of them.

They do not treat clients seriously and cancel stay without any reason at the last moment, and they do not give money back. Practically, this is an organised fraud. You would find many opinions on Google Maps concerning this address; however, they use different names.

This place was very clean, had comfortable beds and bedding, and the amenities were plentiful. We were in the center of Genoa and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

Good instructions for how to get in. Great location. Very modern and clean.

1 Loud traffic noise outside is pretty much constant - even at night. Initially we could not understand how to operate the window so had terrible nights' sleep. We figured it out eventually but some instructions would be useful. Also a sharp knife, tin-opener & washing up bowl would be useful too.

the safe wasn’t working, the towels were dirty, the shower wouldn’t drain properly, no lock on the door. worst of all, the outside door wouldn’t open a couple days in our stay and no one answered the emergency number (which we tried multiple times over multiple days)

Very good

The room is simply arranged but very nice. The position is excellent as the apartment is in the very heart of old town Genova and also very close to the Acquarium. We really enjoyed our stay

The building is very old (very traditional of course) and it looks like it hasn't been renewed in a very long time. Also the elevator could use some renovation. All in all the experience was good!

Superb

Our room was very nice, clean and recently renovated. We loved the well-preserved mosaic floor. The location of the hotel is also very central, only a few meters away from San Giorgio metro station. Contactless check-in was helpful considering we arrived in Genoa at night.

There was no place to store our luggage for a few hours the day of our check-out.

Gênes toujours aussi belle. Appartement très agréable.

Appartement très bien situé et équipé. Il est très bien isolé du bruit de la circulation qui passe de l'autre côté vers le port et l'aquarium. (L'entrée de l'appartement se trouve dans une petite rue tranquille du vieux Gênes au 2e étage).

Ho trovato polvere sulla Tv, bicchieri sporchi e pure un colino sporco. Sono stato nella camera B ed ho sentito odore di cibo asiatico/pakistanese per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno, poi ho fatto caso che giù da loro c’è un ristorante asiatico perciò la puzza. La camera é girata verso la tromba delle scale si sentono tutti i rumori.

Valoro este apartamento pero he de decir que por problemas que desconozco me debieron alojar en otro, que parece ser era mejor. Estaba muy bien ubicado, limpio, moderno y era bastante confortable

Camera mica,geamul dadea intr-o curte interioara,miros intepator de renovare noua,zgomot de bormasina aproape toata ziua si discutii zgomotoase.Patul este rotund si mic pentru 2 persoane.Nu a fost nici macar o sticla de apa lasata.Usa de la intrare face um zgomot foarte puternic care noaptea deranjeaza

Message de 10h30 quand j'étais sur l'autoroute, ouvert à 12h30. Répondu:OK, envoyez les informations, arrivons entre 15 et164h. Arrivés à 15h30, sans réponse; 5 appels tel sans réponse, au 6e on nous donne un autre n°. Entre temps nous cherchons le 9: les n° impairs visibles vont de 15 à 47; Nous faisons tout le tour pour découvrir le 9 dans l'allée marquée 41A 47A. Message reçu à 16h40 seulement: donne deux codes, l'un de 10 caractères dont nous ignorons le role, l'autre est le code d'entrée. Le message est surtout publicitaire: ils ont 3 'suites' dans l'immeuble, nous ne voyons ni l'étage ni laquelle est pour nous. Un habitant serviable nous indique l'étage. Nous testons les 3 portes pour trouver la notre.En fait les indications figuraient dans des sous-rubriques à développer ('portes accessibles' et la dernière: 'où nous trouver') mais les noms indiqués ne figurent pas sur les portes, seulement une lettre. La 'suite' est une chambre avec coin kitchenette et cabinet de toilette. Equipement se voulant 'design', mais mal conçu. Grand lit rond, aucune tablette pour poser des habits ou télephones et tablette à recharger. Belle douche, lavabo sans rebord et tablette minuscule ne permettant pas de poser une trousse de toilette et une trousse de médicaments (à fortiori pas un dentier). Kitchenette: il faut retirer l'une des deux chaises pour ouvrir les tiroirs, cafetière métallique minuscule juste pour un ristreto, à chauffer sur une plaque à induction, donc non utilisée pour ne pas nous bruler en nous servant.

Posizione ottima vicinissima all’ acquario, camera bella, spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale molto comodo sul soppalco e un divano letto matrimoniale comodo ma un po’ rumoroso. Bagno carino con asciugamani , shampoo doccia e sapone.Doccia comoda. Pratico il sistema di apertura delle varie porte con codici. Grazie lo consiglio per qualche notte con bambini/ adolescenti.

Het bed was hard maar wel heel groot, we lagen in een andere kamer uiteindelijk, maar met dezelfde eigenaar, locatie was echt top!

Geen gordijn voor douche en wc, je hebt echt het gevoel dat iedereen je ziet. Kamer is heel klein, maar je hebt wel alles.
