Very spacious apartment close to center in a nice old building
Check-in process was very tedious: first fill all document info, add their photos, and after all video-call showing them. Cleaning could be bit better, but that was minor.

Appartamento ampio, comodo, funzionale, in ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi con facilità il centro, la stazione Brignole, lo stadio. Nonostante si percepissero i treni in passaggio, l'alloggio è risultato comunque silenzioso. Il riscaldamento è molto efficiente e gli ambienti si scaldano subito e il calore si mantiene a lungo anche dopo averli spenti. La cucina ha tutto quel che serve. Il bagno dispone una comoda e ampia doccia, ed è finestrato.
Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno non è stato possibile aprire gli scuretti delle finestre del salotto e della camera e questo, oltre che un peccato, è stato un po' scomodo, ma l'host mi aveva messa al corrente. A quanto comunicato verranno sostituite a breve.

The apartment is beautiful and well organized, the location is perfect you can easily reach train station and the main streets, and there are a lots of facilities nearby.
If I may suggest a couple of things: 1) pls put in the wardrobe and extra bed pillow for each guest ; 2) take off the warning on the entrance door that says to leave into the apartment the keys on check out ( is confusing compared to the directions given by whatsapp). I didn't need any because of the month I stayed over was the 1st middle of March, but for the one that would be in needing of , especially in the summertime, there is NO AC in the apartment.
