Great location and comfortable apartment

Extremely convenient location near the main train station and walking distance to the historic center. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The place has an old world historic ceiling that is great to set the tone for traveling in Italy.

Works for a one night stay and location near train station

Location was ok and lots of restaurants etc nearby. Management company had good communication.

A little tricky as it was a complicated process finding the actual entrance to access the building. The room smelt of smoke but it was spotless. The location is ok but a few blocks into Genoa is a lot nicer.

Very minor but it could have had a mirror in main apartment as it only had one in bathroom and when we were a family of 4 using the bathroom it meant that we couldn’t all be using the mirror in the bathroom!

Lovely Genova! You made it all worthwhile..

Centrally located, close to museums, transport and some exceptional architecture. The room was comfortable enough, though the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were a bit of a challenge (see below). The bathroom was well appointed and the shower strong and hot. The street was interesting, and well served with a selection of small convenience stores, cafes, bars and eateries. The area seems to be home to students, migrants and artists and provided a pleasant and interesting backdrop to our time there.

Getting access to the property turned out to be a little inconvenient - paid parking some 4/500 metres away, and needing to wait quite some time before the property was opened up. The stairs were a challenge (though someone younger may find them easier), and we left our luggage on the ground floor lounge. The mezzanine bedroom is a little tight, but all of the drawbacks were of lesser relevance than the upsides.

Trouble finding the entrance as the Via Balbi has 2 addresses with number 21. Google showed us the wrong address...

Amazing

i loved the place... The staff were very accommodating and kind. The place is so clean and beautiful. It is near the station and acquario di genova. You can find everything you need near the place as well. In short, our stay was outstanding. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and surely it will be very highly recommended & i will love go back 🥰

Short stay in Genuva

Affordable stay in Gunova. Nice and cosy apartment. Perfect for short stay if you travelling with small group of people ( in our case we where 4). Host have a discount for the parking garage wich made our stay in Genuva even cheaper.

Perfect location, next to Principe station and the city center. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the host was timely.

The weekend (Fri and Sat) was extremely noisy at night, with people shouting, police, music, trucks, until 3-4 am. We could only sleep with earplugs.

Perfect location, very close to old town and the port. Clean and spacious. The host is easy to deal with, check in was very simple and convenient.

Appartement difficile à trouver : la photo envoyée ne présentait pas la façade sur la rue, mais un palier où récupérer la clé après avoir franchi l’entrée principale, accessible par un digicode. Le locuteur a plusieurs appartements. La cuisine du notre laissait à désirer, ex : table abîmée; une seule coupe de vin

Charmant oasis pour famille avec 2 ados.

Le cadre est exceptionnel avec la cour du bâtiment à l’étage. Juste à côté du magnifique Université de Genes ( on peut visiter la court et même monter) et de la Basilique Santissima Annunziata ( Whaou!!!) Notre appartement donnait sur la rue, on avait adoré ouvrir les fenêtre pour entendre l’ambiance de la vrai Italie. Même si les bus passent, nous n’avions jamais été dérangé par le bruit. Rue à sens unique. J’ai apprécié que nous avions eu sucre, sel et même café mis à disposition pour pouvoir réaliser avec cafetière italienne sur place. Superbe accueil

Rien à signaler pour l’appartement Juste que Google n’informe pas bien, ne vous fier pas au nr de la rue ( en Italie il y a des nr rouges pr le publique et noirs pour les commerçants) Alors le plus simple c est de viser le restaurant wifi, c est juste à côté 😅

Lavoro e piacere

Posizione perfetta vicino alla stazione principe e al centro storico così come il porto antico. Appartamento perfetto non mancava proprio nulla, tutto super pulito. Stanze e bagni grandi. Veramente accogliente lo consiglio sicuramente

Avrei dato tutto al massimo dei voti se avessi avuto risposte più veloci da parte dell'ufficio che gestisce l'appartamento, avevo chiesto per il deposito bagagli in anticipo, per fortuna ho trovato una signora che mi ha aperto il portone, il codice fornito non era giusto, ho trovato poi la società delle pulizie che gentilmente mi ha lasciato depositare le valigie Infine ho dovuto chiamare io per sapere come fare il checkout. Comunque niente di non risolvibile semplicemente.

Posizione ottime, vicino alla stazione, e a pochi passi anche da attrazioni turistiche.

Gente che si fumava droga affianco al ns appartamento, eravamo con dei bambini (Mi rendo conto che non dipende piu dallo staff ma ha rovinato un po l ambiente) La posizione dell'appartamento dovrebbe essere spiegata meglio o quanto meno avvisare prima dell arrivo.

L’appartamento non è sicuro per i bambini, le scale per accedere all impalcato non hanno la battuta e un bambino si può infilare, così come la ringhiera della balaustra ha sbatte troppo larghe, ci passa un bambino di 3 anni!!!
