Residenza Allegra

The location of Residenza Allergra on Via Balbi is perfect for sightseeing Genova, many of the attractions are in walkable distance from the apartment. Genova itself is super well connected with public transport ( bus, metro, train, lifts, funiculars) which makes it very accessible. The Residenca is at 2 minutes walk from Piazza Principe where is the train, bus, metro stations. Delux Apartment where we have stayed is a two bedroom apartment with everything you'll need in it. Via Blabi itself is one of the most beautiful streets in Genova where you can find the University of Genova, Palazzo Reale, Basilica della Santissima Annunziata del Vastato with gorgeous architecture. Via Garibaldi, Via XX Settembre, Piazza de Ferrari, Porto Antico, Centro Storico, Spianata Castelletto, everything in 5 to 30 min. walk to the Apartment. If you want to visit Santa Marghareta Ligure, Portofino or Cinque Terre the Piazza Principe stations are best starting point for that. Thanks to the Residenza Allegra team for everything it was all we needed for Genova. When we come to Genova again The Residenza will be our first choice.

The bedroom door locks in the apartment should be maintained.

Um pouco sujo, difícil de encontrar com as indicações fornecidas. Não nos deram o código do quarto, até pagar a taxa turística, falta de simpatia da funcionária que veio ter connosco, 1 hora depois de chegarmos, ficamos na rua, só nos deu a chave depois de pagarmos a taxa turística, por sua vez mais cara do que prevista. Não recomendo.

Cosy apartment. One street behind the coast. It is good for short stay. Clean and tidy. Staff was too helpful,sent a video to find the entrance area. Thanks!

But the neighbors was too loud. Even the late night. I arrived late night. I parked the car 800m far away from here where suggested from the hotel staff. It was too expensive. I paid €20 for 12 hours. Google pedesterian route pass from narrow passages. It was scary! I was struggling to find the entrance, because sign is very small.
