Excellent place to stay in Genoa. It is ideally situated very near to the Piazza Principe train station. If you are coming from the airport, all you need to do is take the Volabus to Sestri Ponente Aeroporto (takes about 10mins) where you can get the train to Piazza Principe (takes around 15mins). From here you walk straight on the rd to the entrance of the accommodation (takes about 10mins). Very convenient! Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes on the same rd as the accommodation, plus very easy to walk into the old town. We loved a restaurant called Il Tondin, great food, very reasonably priced. You can also very easily use the train from Piazza Principe to go further along the coast (either way). We went to a few places and highly recommended Sestri Lavante, lovely place to swim (get to the beach early as they shut it when at capacity). The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs, very clean, lots of towels. Can't comment on kitchen equipment as we didn't cook, but everything else met our needs. Communication with the owners was excellent and finding/ accessing the accommodation was very easy. Overall, highly recommend.

Velmi centrálně umístěný apartment, vše v dochozí vzdálenosti. Čisté, slušně vybavené, pohodlná matrace.

Na první pohled přestavěný starý byt na co nejvíce menších jednotek na krátkodobé pronájmy - dispozice tedy ne úplně funkční. Spaní na mezonetovém patře, ale klimatizace v přízemí, tudíž v červenci v Itálii nelogický systém - na spaní vedro, v kuchyňském koutu zima. Byt první den mírně smrděl po cigaretách a byl slyšet hluk z vedlejšího apartmánu. Na bytu není nic zásadně špatného, ale ani nic skvělého. Není to misto, kde chcete trávit čas, ale vzhledem ke své lokalitě je dobrý - kromě léta - na přespání.

Very well equipped apartment and extremely well designed and quality conversion. Photos were accurate with lots of space and a really cool vibe. Nearby supermarket was useful and very convenient for the historic centre and lift to the viewing platform.

The main challenge was the heat and the Dyson fan was great but we had to sit near it and carry it around to cope in the evenings. Also small insects invasion on the kitchen counter - although this did not really bother us, I wanted to pass this on the host. Also stairs in all directions around the apartment might be a challenge for some - I think this is on the description?

Cosy apartment. One street behind the coast. It is good for short stay. Clean and tidy. Staff was too helpful,sent a video to find the entrance area. Thanks!

But the neighbors was too loud. Even the late night. I arrived late night. I parked the car 800m far away from here where suggested from the hotel staff. It was too expensive. I paid €20 for 12 hours. Google pedesterian route pass from narrow passages. It was scary! I was struggling to find the entrance, because sign is very small.
