Goed gelegen tov centrum en in een heel levendig straatje met terrasjes en mooie gebouwen

Kamer rook enorm naar de rook, vermoedelijk van buitenaf, ook hele lawaaiige buren in de andere 2 appartementen waarvan de mensen die er sliepen voor ons raam stonden te roken en schreeuwen.

Posizione ottima vicinissima a centro e stazione. Pulito e confortevole.

Al.nostro arrivo (settimana anticiclone africano) non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, peccato costa poco ed è un pensiero carino. La struttura non è climatizzata in tutti i suoi spazi: al piano di sotto si, ma sopra fa caldissimo ed è stato necessario richiedere un ventilatore. Mancavano gli asciugami nel bidet, anche questo non fondamentale ma sono tutte piccole accortezze che fanno sentire l'ospite ben accolto. La questione della numerazione va risolta e/o segnalata. È una peculiarità di Genova la questione dei civici rossi e neri, ma basterebbe spiegarlo a chi arriva per non farlo girare a vuoto.

It’s super close to Genova Piazza Principe station, which is comfortable. Air conditioning works excellent, it was even freezing sometimes. The bathroom was also clean and fresh. And the gel shower smells so well. The refrigerator is in beautiful bold red color and it also was clean inside which happens very seldom.

It was a little bit dirty inside some furniture in the kitchen and inside some drawers. Also sunlight almost never reached our windows, so the light was often turned on.

Cosy apartment. One street behind the coast. It is good for short stay. Clean and tidy. Staff was too helpful,sent a video to find the entrance area. Thanks!

But the neighbors was too loud. Even the late night. I arrived late night. I parked the car 800m far away from here where suggested from the hotel staff. It was too expensive. I paid €20 for 12 hours. Google pedesterian route pass from narrow passages. It was scary! I was struggling to find the entrance, because sign is very small.
