The location is not bad, but owners should fix the shortcomings to match the high rating.

The view from the window and the location are undoubtedly beautiful.

Even at the check-in stage, they ask for WhatsApp, send a photo (‼️) of the parking address, ask if we have stayed with them before, and offer €10 for a positive review. We were already wary at that point, but the money had already been paid... The apartment is noisy (especially at night) and drafty—the windows don't close properly. The building is crowded, with many apartments on each floor. There are electrical problems in the apartment—turning on the stove trips the circuit breakers about every 3 minutes. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, but the owners hide the €3 washing powder behind a lock (to save money?). You will have to make an extra trip to the store. Internet — they didn't install it. They saved money that way too. The apartment has a small, very old mobile 3G modem that provides 2-5 Mbps. It's only enough for email. The shower — the shower stall is dirty and has mold. Very strange shower — the apartment does not have its own boiler, but only one person can take a shower, after which the hot water in the shower runs out, I don't know why. There is a hair dryer, but it is physically impossible to plug it into the bathroom outlet. The pillows on the bed are very, very hard, a very good comparison — wooden.

Great location with indoor parking!

Great location with a view to the marina. Walking distance to historical sites. Good communication with the host who was there to check us in and to show the garage (very safety). Clean apartment. We recommend Kate’s apartment!

It was great option for 1 night. If we had stayed longer maybe we would miss an extra touch, such as hand towels (not included for 1 night stay) and more kitchen utensils. But it was comfortable and clean overall.

A wonderful apartment overlooking the marina.

A wonderful apartment overlooking the marina. It was quiet at night even though Genoa is not! It's close to the old city but we chose to eat at a restaurant opposite the apartment block, staying in the marina area for our overnight stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the expensive boats being prepared and the massive cruise ships coming and going. We were en route between Florence and France, having lunched in Pisa: this was the perfect place to unwind from the crowds.

Probably due to the language barrier, even Google Translate doesn't always pick up subtleties, I didn't understand that our host would meet us at the barrier to the underground car park and literally walk in front of us to the 'box' garage - a locked garage in a barrier controlled car park. Probably my fault for not asking the right questions because it was all fine in the end.

location on port, close to Aquarium. Free parking in an area where is expensive to park

very noisy(construction everywhere, high speed boats nearby sounded like airplanes 🤯) , outdated furniture (some), the sofa is not a good bed (1night max). Parking is imposible to find without guidance

Location was perfect and great views. The place was very comfortable and awesome location and best of all great hosts.

The kitchen did not have enough utilities meaning if I was stay a week or cooking for one night was missing alot of things. Also it was a bit cool on the night and heating was hard to sort out.

Weekend a Genova

Ottima posizione sul porto antico di Genova, a due passi dall'acquario e dal centro città. Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto e molto silenzioso. Una bella vista con balconcino sul porticciolo, completano l'esperienza già di per sé piacevole. Il parcheggio riservato al coperto è il top!! I proprietari davvero gentili. È stata un esperienza da 10 e lo consiglio vivamente.

Soggiorno fantastico

Proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Casa come da foto, pulita ben attrezzata, posizione strategica per visitare sia il porto antico che Genova. Parcheggio auto comodissimo!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente magari in estate.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Kommunikation, die Lage ist super, direkt am Hafen. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war Top. Unser Auto war sehr sicher verwahrt. Gerne wieder 👍🏼

Meraviglioso

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento in una posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza a tutte le attrazioni e soprattutto perché è vicino all’Arena del Mare dove abbiamo assistito ad un concerto. L’appartamento era perfettamente pulito e completo di tutti i servizi dichiarati incluso il parcheggio riservato nel multipiano alla Marina del Porto Antico. Il terrazzino è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dell’host. Consigliatissimo! Ci rivedrete!

Super Lage mit sicherem Privatparkplatz

Super zentrale und dennoch ruhige (!) Lage nahe am (Fähr)Hafen und der Altstadt mit direktem Zugang zu einer abschließbaren Tiefgarage unter dem Appartmentgebäude.

An der Ausstattung ( gerade für mehrtägige Aufenthalte ) und am Stilmix der Einrichtung liesse sich noch leicht etwas verbessern, um die Wertigkeit des Appartments noch zu erhöhen.

Favoloso appartamento con garage privato

Posto a dir poco centrale, a 1 minuto dall'acquario di Genova, dal cento e da piccoli discount ma con tutto il necessario. La disponibilità del garage è fantastica. Cucina dotata di tutto. La proprietaria si è fatta in quattro per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Genova soggiorneremo di nuovo qui

Kate and her husband is very helpful. She lets us use her garage before the check-in time. And the apartment is comfortable and convenient to all the attractions. I would recommend this place to all. 房东人很好，她丈夫虽然不讲英语，但是很会解释所有的事。公寓不大，但很干净，什么都有。非常方便，到老城很近。
