Happy Family Apartments Panorama

We loved the facilities provided, specially the air conditioner and the location is perfect. My kids enjoy the Netflix on TV and the books. For the adults, we enjoyed and loved the night view, overlooking the old port.

This apartment is not suitable for senior and family with young kids due to the stairs. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor and more than 90 steps to hike. If you have only a small luggage and a good memory that you dont return to grab things from the 6th floor, this is an apartment for you.

L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, accessoriato di tutto punto, molto pulito, in posizione ottima e con vista eccezionale. L'host è stato molto rapido nel fornire tutte le informazioni richieste. Nonstante la zona sia nei pressi della sopraelevata che passa per il centro di Genova, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Sistema di condizionamento potente ed efficace. Terrazza molto bella

Bisogna ricordarsi che l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano senza ascensore. La salita è impervia ma ne vale la pena!

+ Tolle Aussicht auf Hafen & Stadt von Terrasse aus, die man für sich alleine hat + super Lage gerade beim Hafen, neben Hauseingang Bäckerei, Supermarkt in der Nähe, nahe bei Altstadt, ~20‘ bis zum Bahnhof + Klimaanlagen + gute Ausstattung (sogar Geschirrspüler) + Insektengitter + nette Vermieter

- etwas umständlich, dass man sich nochmals separat auf anderer Webseite anmelden & im Büro vorbeigehen muss (Diese Zeit also einplanen!) - Apartment war etwas schwer zu finden —> GPS-Daten verwenden! - Fenster nicht sehr schalldicht & nahe an Hauptverkehrsachse (falls es einen stört) - Dusche war etwas mühsam (kaum Druck, Temperatur schwankt) - 6 Stockwerke in schmalem Treppenhaus haben es in sich, aber lohnt sich für tolle Aussicht🤩 Alles in allem, wären das aber für mich keine Gründe, nicht wieder zu kommen! Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt😊
