Clean and updated but not walking distance or bearable in summer heat

Clean propery and large. Multiple beds and the rooms very spacious.

No AC. No disclosure there was no AC on the ad. They gave 4 desk fans and def not enough. We were sweating the whole time it was absolutely terrible! Sleeping was difficult. We all have to use one room to attempt to get the most from the fans. It was not walking distance to food or anything really. The train station is a 10 min walk which wouldn’t be bad if the sidewalks were flat, the weather wasn’t hot, and the way back is a little uphill- so we took a cab the short distance back instead of walk (again, family trip w kids) and the cab charged us $20. When we got to the station the meter said $12 which is already a lot for the 4 min drive and she hit a button and quickly added more money to it.

The location was great! Close to the train station and easy access to the bus stop. Lorenzo was very kind and accommodating, he made check in and out very simple.

Do not book this apartment as it will ruin your holiday (it was the worst and it should not be on booking.com)

It was not clean There was an electrical issue (hazard) where all the equipment were turned off. The staff was very very very rude.

Situat a prop de l’estacio de tren i de metro.

Esta ben situat a prop de l’estació marítima, de tren i de metro. Te ascensor i la entrada i L’Escala de la finca son molt maques. Les habitaciones son grans i els llits força còmodes.

Cal una mica mes de neteja, sobretot als plats de dutxa. La cuina , només entrar ,esta mal equipada, no te forn ni microones. També li manquen ganivets que tallin i unes tissores. Els armaris eren plens de ventiladors, nosaltres no els vàrem utilitzar, suposo que a l’estiu deu fer molta calor. A prop només hi ha un supermercat, Gulliver, que esta prou bé.

Det går bra för 2 nätter

Värden var hjälpsam, och vi fick lämna vårt bagage i lägenheten innan incheckning. Lägenheten låg nära stationen och tunnelbanan.

Vi saknade varmvatten och en ordentlig städning inför ankomst. Golvet var så smutsigt att vi inte kunde gå barfota i lägenheten. Glasbordet i köket hade vassa kanter – var försiktig om du reser med barn. Vi förstår oss fortfarande inte på den så kallade turistskatten. På vissa ställen betalade vi den separat via Booking.com, men här fick vi betala kontant direkt till ägaren.

屋子太热了太吵了

有一说一地理位置还不错就是看上了距离还车点和搭乘Bus站点都不远才定的房

没有空调屋子主要靠四台风扇支撑其中有一个还不转头再加上这个时间的热那亚已经开始热了屋里比屋外还要闷热洗完澡更热还不敢开窗因为临街车辆经过的声音极其嘈杂住了两晚整体感觉就一个字“热”

Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji za rozsądną cenę.

Mieszkanie 10 minut spacerem od stacji Genova Centrale i 20 minut od starówki. W pobliżu kilka sklepików spożywczych. Mieszkanie przestronne, z dwiema łazienkami - bez trudu pomieściłoby nawet 6 osób.

Check in decepcionante y con cargo extra..

La ubicación cerca de la estacion y del puerto, así como el tamaño eran exactamente lo que necesitábamos. Las escaleras y la amplitud del edificio.

El trato en el check-in fue pésimo y con un sobrecoste por ser después de las 20:00, que no se anunciaba suficientrmente en booking.com. Después del checkin vimos que no había agua caliente y ya no hubo nadie para solucionar el problema. De 7 personas solo dos se ducharon con agua fria. Reservé este alojamiento por anunciar en su pagina principal el check in posible hasta las 0:00, ya que llegábamos en avion y tren desde tres lugares de Europa diferentes y la hora de llegada sl alojamiento estaba sujeta a posibles retrasos. Pero quien nos recibió para darnos acceso no cumplió las expectativas para hacer un checkin adecuado dentro del horario anunciado.
