Beautiful apartment, wish it was my own!

Beautiful property and apartment. Has everything you need. Bed is comfortable and same with the couches. Bathroom large and equipped well. The view is amazing!

The walk up without a car could be an issue for older persons but being young didn’t mine it at all.

The balcony and view of the habour were wonderful. We enjoyed watching the ships come in and out and watched a storm come across. There was a supermarket right downstairs. It was great to be able to cook (after weeks of restaurant meals) and use the washing machine.

Huge apartment where the old money luxury meets the italian design for a great price

The property is amazing, where the old money luxury meets the Italian design, is a really big apartment for a great price. The apartment is furnished with everything you need and the location is good.

It’s hard to find the apartment and the parking is limited, it’s not acceding for handicap persons or limited mobility.

Stanning apartments with the breathtaking views!

I won’t be the first or the only one to write a glowing review about Michele’s apartments, but they truly are amazing! Stunning views of the city and the port, everything is stylish and thoughtfully designed! The apartment has everything you might need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dishwasher. There’s also a parking space available in the same building, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. The apartment is located near a metro station and bus stops, making it very easy to get to the city center by public transport. But walking to the center takes no more than 15 minutes, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stroll! There’s a supermarket in the building, which is convenient for buying everything you need for breakfast or just water. I highly recommend these apartments and will definitely try to stay here again—if I can manage to book them, of course :) They’re in high demand, but that’s no surprise—they’re wonderful!

Miramare Palace was a beautiful place to stay . Michele has done an excellent job on the interiors . It was a bit out of the way for restaurants , small sacrifice for that view .

Incredible apartment with outstanding views.

Without a doubt, this apartment is the most amazing accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. The million dollar views were worth coming to Genoa for. Oceanview and Cityview from the same gorgeous balcony. The decor is charming and the owner obviously takes great pride in presentation. everything you need is here, it’s beautifully equipped and super clean. A short walk to the bus stop and also Genoa Piazza Principe station. A fantastic grocery store at the front of the building, super convenient and we didn’t have to go out to a restaurant. Why would you want to leave this view! Can watch cruise ships come and go too. Michele is a great communicator. Seriously don’t want to check out. Feel very lucky.

The former Grand Hotel has a magnificent view over the harbour and has a stylish vibe. The included parking spot makes it very accessible by car. The host's communication was very timely and friendly.

Gorgeous palace apartment

Loved this apartment. Possibly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The apartment is spacious, gorgeous views. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Great location, for us close to train station & airport. Quiet, clean, every amenity you could need. The host was very accommodating, great communicator & friendly.

Great, stay. the property is absolutely lovely with amazing views of the city. the private parking space is perfect if you’re travelling with a car as I did. location is okay as it is about 25 minute walk to the centre of the city going through some interesting areas. excellent property overall. very clean and tastefully designed. all amenities included, full kitchen well stocked for everything you need if you stay for more then couple days. laundry, iron board and iron literally everything you need they have. oh and grocery store downstairs is excellent. overall great place

Superb

Michele's communication, arrival directions & photos were excellent. Lovely, clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment with great views, good heating and washing machine. Lockup car garage and no ZTL issues. Supermarket downstairs. Historic building with great history. Genova Piazza Principe Train Station very close by, 10 minute walk with luggage, making train travel from Genoa to Malpensa Airport, Milan very easy. Comfortable 15-20 minute walk to the main part of town. Restaurants close by. Thanks for a great stay Michele.

Past times glamour and luxury

This is one of the best accommodation we had on our many travels. Not only for the unique historical bulding and great views of the port but also for the extremely tasteful interiors, with lots of sense and love for detail. Everything was taken care of plus the place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

An exceptional apartment, newly remodelled and tastefully decorated. Located in a majestic palazzo, the flat thrones over the roofs of Genova. The view is stunning, the location perfect. The check-in was super easy too. We loved it!

Perfect Holiday Vacation

It was styled beautifully, great location, great owner, and amazing view of the city! This was a real treat to stay here! It had everything you would need for a short or even a longer stay! Bed was super comfy and enjoyed having a/c on the hot days! We would sit and watch the sunrise and sunsets on the balcony, the pictures don’t do it justice! Absolutely amazing views! Close to downtown, perfect next to the train station to get to the beaches and smaller cities outside of town. Grocery store just steps away from the front door. Definitely would stay here again when we come back to visit Genova!

Это был, без преувеличения, самый красивый дом во всём городе — словно попали в музей или в художественный фильм. Интерьеры — настоящее произведение искусства, всё с изысканным вкусом и любовью к деталям. Особенно запомнился вид из окна: весь порт Генуи как на ладони — завораживающее зрелище, от которого трудно оторваться. Сама квартира хоть и небольшая, но невероятно уютная, очень чистая и удобная. Каждый предмет подобран с душой. Мебель антикварная, но в идеальном состоянии — чувствуется стиль, история и бережное отношение. Но больше всего нас тронул хозяин. Несмотря на то, что он не встречал нас лично, мы чувствовали его заботу буквально во всём. Он заранее прислал подробнейшую инструкцию, как попасть в квартиру, что посмотреть в Генуе, куда сходить поесть. Отвечал на все сообщения быстро и очень доброжелательно. А самый трогательный момент — после выезда он позволил оставить нашу машину в своём крытом гараже ещё на полдня. Это буквально спасло нас: в округе на общественных стоянках мы видели много разбитых окон и следов взлома. Благодаря его вниманию мы избежали проблем.

Если быть честными — не к чему придраться. Всё понравилось.
