Well located and comfortable apartment, perfect for visiting Genoa.

The apartment is located very close to the main station and within walking distance of the old town and the front. The apartment is spacious, very well appointed and comfortable with a good vibe. Good restaurants and food shops nearby. Supermarket about 5 minutes walk

Although there were good facilities and pans for cooking, there were few utensils. A kettle would have been nice.

Good stay near Piazza Principe station

Good location near the train station with nearby restaurants and bars. Our room had a view of the main street but was very quiet. Good kitchen facilities although it would have been nice to have basics like salt.

I didn't like having to take our trash to the dumpsters around the back.

Very Spacious and I would definitely stay here again

The property is located only a few minutes walking distance from the train station, Port Antico, and the old town area. The facility is very clean and they allow you to store your bags after checkout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the two ladies working at the front desk. They provided an information guide in the room of places to visit.

The air condition was leaking water while in use so we was forced to turn it off and open up the windows at night. There was a water bottle in the fridge but we wasn't sure if it was free. Perhaps placing a sign stating free water. We do not know about housekeeping services. Perhaps it's provided at an additional cost or for longer stays.

Close to train station

No coffee cream or tea bags provided. No tower hanger in the bathroom , exhausted fan in bath room is loud. Be aware of EUR 20 added on the bill for cleaning.

Pure luxury in an historic building, huge space with modern kitchen and bathroom along with retaining painted ceiling and mosaic floor.

Excepțional

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. The neighborhood is also nice, located on a street with many restaurants and stores. The train station is very close and the Navy Museum and the Aquarium are at 15 minutes walk away. I really liked the guide in the apartment, which includes the house rules, instructions for using various electrical appliances, and recommendations for tourist attractions in the city.

Excellent stay in Genoa

It was an apartment with a large living room, big bedroom and a kitchen with Microwave, Fridge and Coffee Maker. Very close to the Genoa Precipe station. Breakfast offered was amazing, staff were very polite and useful

Perfect

Location, cleanliness, close to all facilities, restaurants etc… The apartment was perfect & very much my style. My 7 year old daughter loved the apartment that she wanted to stay longer. If we were not flying back to Australia on Friday than we would have. Will definitely be recommending HNN Luxury Apartments to friends & family….. and will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future.

Great experience for the value of money spent.

Close to the station – we could manage getting to train on time the next day. Very spacious, with cool interior elements, kitchen came in handy to make something to eat.

The couch in the first room wasn’t as comfortable as the bed in the other room. And maybe an additional blanket would’ve been nice, but other than that it was great.

La ubicación, a solo 200 metros de la estación Génova Plaza Príncipe. La comodidad del departamento, moderno y bien iluminado. Contaba con lo esencial para estar súper a gusto.

Un detalle, hubiéramos querido que haya una pava eléctrica para calentar agua para el mate o té (en este caso debíamos calentarla en una ollita)

Désagréables surprise encore et encore

Logement spacieux Ascenceur

Climatisation bruyante siffle lors de son utilisation dans le salon constamment même éteinte et celle de la chambre aussi mais moins. Manque la moitié de la porte de la douche, donc salle de bain trempé en 30 secondes. Entre 1 et 3 minutes d'eau chaude 3 jours durant .... génial .... La moitié des lattes du lit n'étaient pas enchâssée correctement, donc le 1er soir je suis passé au travers.... obliger de passer 15min à les remettre correctement car il manqué la moitié des embout plastique de maintient.... Connexion wifi moyenne dans le salon et inexistante dans la chambre. 1 Seule prise large pour brancher ordinateur, multiprise ou autre, sinon que des 2 pôles dont les prises française 3 pôles ne peuvent pas rentrer, seul un chargeur de téléphone peux être branché.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und die Aufteilung der Zimmer war auch mal was anderes, aber sehr schön. Der Fahrstuhl war für uns Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber hat super funktioniert. 20 min bis zum Hafen oder zur Altstadt ungefähr.

Parksituation ist dort sehr schwierig, man muss Glück haben oder weiter weg parken. Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.

Um lugar para se voltar...

Acomodação perfeita. Localizada em prédio histórico recentemente renovado, a poucos passos da estação de trem Piazza Principe, não poderia ter encontrado local mais conveniente. Duas tv smart, lava-louças e uma lavadora/secadora deixaram nossa estadia ainda mais fácil. Inúmeros bons restaurantes nas proximidades e somente uns 900 metros da Piazza Ferrari. Voltarei, com certeza!

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort. Il letto è molto comodo e ampio, è presente un armadio con molte ante. Un divano grande e confortevole. Nel bagno erano presenti anche sapone per le mani e bagnoschiuma per la doccia. Capsule del caffè in omaggio. Stanza molto luminosa, vista la presenza di ampie finestre.

Bagno non finestrato, il bidet è attaccato all’apertura della porta e quindi potrebbe essere un problema se qualcuno apre senza avvisare. Ma ha una bella doccia ampia ed è dotato di lavasciuga. Si sentiva un rumore di ventola costante (leggero), nonostante entrambi i condizionatori fossero spenti.
