A modern apartment centrally located but very quiet at the same time.

Marica was very welcoming upon our arrival and assisted us with bringing our luggage up the stairs of the building. She explained the room in detail and also provided suggestions on what to do and see during our stay in Genoa. She also provided recommendations for eating out that were greatly appreciated. The room appeared recently renovated and had a modern feel to it. The quirky ornaments throughout the apartment were a nice touch. The bathroom was especially good, and probably the best we experienced during our Italian holiday.

Absolute Amazing stay,very friendly hosts who were so helpful.

An absolute gem of a property in the heart of Genova. Great location,walking distance to all of the main tourist attractions.Near cool little bars and cafes.Short walk to the Port. Excellent hosts and a very comfy bed.The apartment had everything we needed and more.A great little cafe machine,kitchenette and the bonus of a washing machine. We loved this property Highly recommend

An absolute pleasure in every way 😊

Such welcoming and helpful hosts all the way through our trip. Great advice and help was given to us every day. The apartment is in such a great location - a quiet side street but right in the central historic district - so much right on your doorstep. Also lots of little touches in the apartment that made our stay very easy and very comfortable- we slept well - and ate really well - so much choice within a few steps!!! Thanks Marica and Gio for a great stay - you were the perfect hosts.

Nothing at all - just the long flight of steep stone steps up to the apartment at the end of a long day maybe. But it’s well worth it to stay here and what do you expect in a historic building of this nature. The steps felt like we were climbing up in a castle and so even they were interesting. I need to read up on the history of the old town for sure!

Absolute gorgeous

The owner provided coffee, tea, cookies,, cold water and even slippers and toothbrushes. More than these her recommendations for places to visit and restaurants made our stay wonderful. Thanks a lot!

All was fine, stairs are a bit of an effort, but we were told ahead of the visit.

Stunning, renovated apartment, BRILLIANT hostess (so caring!) but make sure to arrive in daylight.

The absolutely wonderful hostess has put so much thought into details! From extra toothbrushes to bottle water, coffee and little cakes .. she has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. It’s a beautifully renovated apartment, spacious, very quiet. Excellent (free) WiFi, Netflix, air conditioner, washing machine and a very well kitted kitchen. Very close to Ferry station to take day trips to Amalfi, sorrento, capri etc.

It was hard to find. We arrived at midnight and the area felt very unsafe at that time (and we are from a 3rd world country with a very high crime rate!). We are grateful to a local couple who helped us so that we could put our phones away while navigating the very dark, narrow streets full of drug dealers, drunk people and other dodgy types. By day, when everything is open, it is the most wonderful area .. vibrant and energetic and even quite pretty. It’s also very central. But we felt we needed to be back before it got dark. The entrance and stairway up to the apartment is very dark (at all hours) and looks like a horror movie set (it is an extremely old, historic building) but once you open the doors to this wonderful apartment, it’s a whole different, very modern little world!

Great stay in Genoa

We had an excellent stay at this beautifully furnsihed apartment in central Genoa. Marica and Giovanni are very nice and attentive hosts who provided us with plenty of recommendations and did everything to make our stay as pleasent as possible. We would be happy to come back!

Super Lage und nette Gastgeberin

Die Lage war super und die Gastgeberin extrem zuvorkommend! Im Apartment wurden Handtücher, Duschgel, Zahnbürste/Zahnpasta, und sogar gewisse Lebensmittel zu Verfügung gestellt. Sehr komfortabel für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Genua :)

Fräscht, fin inredning. Allt som man kan tänkas behöva fanns i lägenheten. Kökssakerna bar fräscha.

Il posto ideale

L'appartamento è in posizione centralissima e comoda per tutti gli itinerari di visita, compresi l'acquario e le gite in partenza dal porto turistico. Dalla stazione di Genova P.P. vi si arriva facilmente a piedi in 15-20 minuti. È stato ristrutturato da poco ed è arredato in maniera originale e dotato di tutti i confort, silenzioso e pulitissimo. I gestori ci hanno accolto personalmente con molta cordialità e lasciato anche via whatsapp consigli preziosi, rimanendo sempre disponibili ad essere contattati per eventuali necessità. In casa erano disponibili, oltre alla cucina attrezzata, la macchina del caffè con cialde, acqua e degli snack. Lo consigliamo vivamente per esplorare la bellissima Genova e i dintorni.

Solo a titolo informativo, segnaliamo che nel palazzo in cui è situato ci sono un po' di rampe di scale per raggiungere l'appartamento, ma per persone senza problemi motori non è assolutamente un problema.

Eine perfekte Wohnung für die Erkundung der ganzen Stadt und Umgebung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Marica und Giovanni sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die auch gerne mit verschiedensten Auskünften weiterhelfen.

Die Fenster gehen nur zum Lüftungsschacht. Die wenig attraktive Aussicht wurde aber elegant aufgewertet, damit man sich trotzdem wohl fühlt.

Mahtava sijainti! Erinomainen vuokraemäntä!

Loistava sijainti metroaseman kupeessa lähellä akvaariota. Liikenteen melu ei kuulunut asuntoon, koska se sijaitsi kapealla kujalla. Lähellä leipomoita, ravintoloita, gelaterioita jne. Paljon portaita kiivettävänä asuntoon - hyvin selvisimme! Laukkumme kannettiin asuntoon, mikä oli todella ystävällistä. Tapasimme vuokraajan henkilökohtaisesti ja saimme paljon hyödyllisiä suosituksia kohteista, joissa kannattaa käydä (mm. akvaario, Camogli, Boccadasse, Nervi jne.) Asunnossa oli kahvia, teetä, vesipulloja ja kuohuviiniä talon puolesta veloituksetta.

В квартире было безупречно чисто и были все удобства. Хозяйка квартиры - великолепная женщина. Подсказала лучшие рестораны и маршрут по городу. Всеми ее советами конечно же воспользовались и были впечатлены. Сама квартира расположена в центре. До всех достопримечательностей и транспорта - рукой подать.

Сам район безопасный, но не самый чистый в Генуя. В квартире мало света, но это для меня не было критичным. Рекомендую!
