Premetto che avevo prenotato questo appartamento inizialmente ma essendo momentaneamente in sedia a rotelle, Beatrice mi ha consigliato un'altro appartamento sulla stessa via ("colombo house") perché molto più spazioso. Ho apprezzato molto questa sua proposta, segno di sensibilità e professionalità, che ha migliorato il mio soggiorno. Per ogni richiesta è stata sempre reperibile e cortese.

Great stay, highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super location right in the heart of the city centre. Really quiet and relaxed, with a fantastic coffee bar just across the street. Clean, and everything you need is there. The apartment is much more comfortable than the photos suggest. Arrival was easy thanks to the entry code, and there’s parking around the corner. We had a great time!

That shower door leaks a little, but it’s nothing worth worrying about.

The location is great and the apartment is fairly big for two travellers.

- The miscommunication on arrival, as mentioned in a few comments. we waited quite a bit for the check-in despite having communicated our hour of arrival three times already the day before and the same day. - The bare minimum amenities; just a few tea bags for two nights and the coffeee machine (mocca) did not work on the ceramic. - We rented this apartment for the parking. But on arrival it was not clear we could park there below the building. There were already two cars and the space was quite small. We finally parked there (paying 30 euros cash for two nights to do so...) and the next day we had to move our car as other guests were leaving. The landlord said the other stayed longer than us. Anyway, very confusing and expensive for a service that is advertised on Booking.
