The owner of this apartment is very nice. There is enough space for 4 to 5 people.

It was okay for a one-night stay. The owner speaks good English, offers a very warm welcome, and parking is easy right outside the apartment.

After 11 pm, the heating system was not working. It was very cold during the night. but I wouldn't recommend this apartment in winter unless you’re used to cold temperatures.

An exceptional host 🫶🏼

Our first experience in Genoa was so great, thanks to the host of this accommodation. He waited for us even though we arrived much later than planned, helped us find parking for our Sprinter, helped us order food late at night, etc. The world needs more people like him!:) The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed.

Book for a nice family stay in Genoa area.

The host Emanuelle was super nice and responsive. He waited for us while holding a parking spot. Inside the house everything was beautifully organized - well-organized kitchen, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, there was laundry products for the washing machine, wipes, several good essentials for the bathroom, lots of soft towels, and the bonusssssss- the owner also bought small toys for our kids for them to play. I wish all hosts were like Emanuelle :)

We stayed for one night in this spacious and clean apartment. Super nice host who went out of his way for details, felt very welcome as a family. Communication was great and we're glad we stopped over.

Appartamento in ottime condizioni: pulizia, ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno. L’ host Emanuele è gentilissimo, sempre disponibile ad ogni ora del giorno, non fa mancare veramente niente.

Fantastycznie

Obiekt położony na obrzeżach miasta. Nie wiem jak wygląda dojazd komunikacją ale my mieliśmy auto więc bez problemu. Gospodarz nas przywitał osobiście pomimo późnej pory przybycia - byliśmy około 23. Z miejscem na parkowanie 0 problemu gospodarz zwolnił swoje miejsce parkingowe i nam je udostępnił. Wiedząc iż bardzo późno przyjedziemy gdy wszystkie sklepy będą zamknięte poprosiłam o zakup mleka do kawy i że się rozliczę przy spotkaniu. Prócz mleka czekały na nas powitalne zakupy na śniadanie, chleb, dżem, wędliny, ser, kawa i to z własnej inicjatywy gospodarza za co nie chciał absolutnie rozliczenia. Człowiek z sercem na dłoni takich ludzi to ze świecą szukać. A apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Przestronny, czysty i godny polecenia

Het was oké maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Lekker ruim appartement. Emmanuel is erg vriendelijk.

De keukenuitrusting is heel karig. Alleen een heel klein pannetje of een hele grote, niets ertussen in. Geen snijplank. Bad heeft geen mengkranen, we moesten het bad laten vollopen met de doucheslang. Ook geen douchegordijn. Grote tweepersoonsbed heeft een matras waarin je de spiralen kunt voelen. Is niet meer van deze tijd. Appartement is eindje van metro. Emmanuel raadde aan om met de auto naar een parkeerplaats bij de metro te gaan, echter die was vol. Ergens parkeren was heel lastig.

Tutto perfettamente sistemato, accogliente e pulito. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, materasso nuovo e super comodo. Casa e’ dotata di tutti i comfort. Se dovessi tornare a Genova al 100% tornerei qui .

El dueño nos recibió educadamente y su madre les dio un regalito de pascua a los niños. Ellos muy amables

El apartamento es muy antiguo y la instalación eléctrica precaria, han puesto un suelo y una cocina nueva pero el resto de la vivienda está desgastada. Lo único limpio eran las toallas y las sábanas aunque estás últimas estaban muy desgastadas. Viajamos con dos personas alérgicas al polvo y enseguida lo notan. Los colchones eran de muelles y se notaban, camas incómodas. A la hora de reservar nos fiamos de los comentarios pero no se ajustan a nuestra realidad, salvo los referidos al propietario. El barrio da imagen de zona insegura (aunque no conocemos el resto de Génova) solo lo usamos para hacer noche.

Zelo prijazen lastnik, ki je bil pripravljen umakniti svoj avto, če nebi dobili parkirišča v okolici nastanitve. Velikost stanovanja nas je presenetila. Vse kar potrebuješ za bivanje.
