Good place for a short stay in Genoa.

Cozy terrace with a nice city view. Fast checkin / check out. Air conditioner! Best trattoria nearby as well as grocery stores.

There was one low-hanging lamp right above the bed - it was not possible to move it, so the number of times I hit my head was overwhelming🫠 Early checkin wasn’t possible.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good towels, strong A/C, good value. Location is great if you are accessing the port for a cruise. I was not so not the best for visiting the city.

Ottima posizione!

Facilità di check in e check out a distanza con host molto presente e disponibile via chat. Posizione estremamente comoda (vicinissima al porto antico). Monolocale pulito. Culla ampia presente in stanza per i nostri due piccoli.

Odore sgradevole dagli scarichi del lavabo e bidé (abbiamo dovuto chiuderli durante il non utilizzo). Cucina non fornitissima (mancavano ad es forbici e pentolino).

viste le recensioni, avevamo aspettative alte per la pulizia, ma purtroppo per noi non è stato così, abbiamo trovato capelli sul pavimento del bagno, nella doccia, pelucchi nelle lenzuola e negli asciugamani, ma nonostante questo, il nostro soggiorno è andato molto bene.

Appartamenti perfetti, check in e check out tutti da remoto ma gli host sono super disponibili per qualsiasi domanda (contattati telefonicamente). Pulizia ottima, arredamento moderno. Posizione perfetta, ci sono dei balconi enormi sul porto in cui godersi il tramonto! Ascensore presente. Ci hanno dato anche, gentilmente, la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno del check out. Tutto perfetto davvero.

Buon soggiorno

Pulito, vicino all’acquario. Consigliato per chi vuole visitare l’acquario e il centro storico di Genova. Una bella struttura, con bar, ristoranti e supermercati vicini.

La posizione rispetto al parcheggio dell’auto non è delle più comode. Ci sono diversi parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze, ma non sono proprio vicini e i costi sono un po’ elevati. Se avete molte valigie, scaricarle direttamente sotto la struttura può essere complicato, poiché non è facile fermarsi con l’auto. Per quanto riguarda la zona, si trova vicino al porto: la sera non è la parte migliore della città, ma questo non rappresenta un grosso problema se non avete intenzione di uscire dopo mezzanotte.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Unterkunft direkt am Hafen. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß von hier und ist in wenigen Fahrminuten bei der Fähre. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für ein Paar Tage benötigt.

Al primo posto la pulizia dell'alloggio, davvero otttimo e curato! Spazi ampi e servizi tutti disponibili (con piano cottura e microonde). Nella nostra stanza era anche disponibile un terrazzo che ci ha permesso di cenare fronte mare, davvero ottimo! Pratico e strategico per il centro e per la disponibilità del supermercato sotto la struttura. Semplice l'accesso e super super disponibile l'host.
