An enjoyable stay in great location.

The location is great -quite central, very near the port so convenient for boat trips, aquarium, etc. Also, not far from the centre and very close to the supermarket and some restaurants, but quiet at the same time. Yes, it is on the 5th floor, but we usually just went out in the morning and came back in the evening so it wasn’t much of a problem. The apartment is very spacious and decorated in an old fashioned style which is authentic but can feel a bit dark. Overall, an enjoyable stay😁

I understand that it is a legal requirement in Italy to provide the police with the visitors’ details, but the way it was done was not comfortable for me- the passport photos requested over WhatsApp and then eventuality taken upon arriving at the property. In this day and age when we are warned not to go off the official websites to exchange payments or information, there must be a better way of doing it, preferably via the Booking website.

La posizione centrale.

È quinto piano senza ascensore con scale altissime…faticosissimo da raggiungere e non segnalato! Inoltre il vicolo è buio. La vasca da bagno è rotta.

Piękny wystrój, duże wnętrza, mimo dużej liczby osób każdy miał miejsce dla siebie. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony - kuchnia jak w domu, inne pokoje tak samo. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, właściwie w samym porcie. Bardzo blisko supermarket, restauracje czy piekarnie.

Non è così semplice trovare l’appartamento, inoltre la biancheria era un po’ lisa. Per gruppi troppi numerosi è da considerare che c’è un bagno solo

Escaleras muy difíciles

El departamento era amplio y tenía juegos para niños. Nos dejaron un desayuno generoso.

Fue difícil llegar al sitio, hacen falta más indicaciones para llegar bien la lugar y encontrar el candado. En el sitio tuvimos que subir 5 pisos por escalera muy empinada y angosta, la subida del equipaje me sacó las ganas de recorrer Genova.

Nos gusto la amplitud del piso y su ubicación.

Es un séptimo sin ascensor. La escalera mala malisima. Solo un lavabo para 7 personas. Falta de material de limpieza para poder barrer o fregar el suelo.

Nella descrizione manca un aspetto fondamentale: sta al quinto piano,10 rampe di scale ripidissime che sconsiglio a tutte le famiglie e anche a chi ha persone con difficoltà motoria. Ideale per coppie di amici (giovani) essendo spazioso

Très bien pour 1 nuit .

Appartement spacieux très propre et confortable . Même le lit canapé était bien . Très bien situé sur le port pour visiter .

Ce serait bien de préciser dans l annonce que l appartement est au 7 eme étage sans ascenseur … jusqu’au jour même de l arrivée on ne le sait pas . Pour des personnes âgées et avec des valises ça peut être vraiment compliqué . Manque de clareté dans l appartement. Appartement dans son jus des années 60 au niveau décoration.
