Excellent apartment in a very nice location

An excellent choice close to the sea

The house is extremely comfortable and perfectly furnished. The apartment is spacious and perfectly suitable for 4 persons (better 2 teen-ager for the second room), but additionally 2 people have a lot of space on the sofa-bed. Reachability by car is limited by the narrow road, but wide enough for a mid segment car and helped by the simple traffic light system. Host is super helpful. An outstanding choice!

Great choice if you are not traveling with a big car

The flat itself is very well equiped, clean and new, you find all you need there. The location is in a hang position on the hill, quiet and fresh.

The last part of the path to the flat is veeery narrow, you have to drive very slowly with folding mirrors, I would say it would be difficult if you have a big car. Barbara was very helpful host, would be even better if all indications can be written English. Nevertheless, in general was very pleasant experience.

Difficoltà a recuperare la chiave. Qualche cassetto e balcone un po' sporchi, ma in generale pulito e ben curato.

Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Es war alles sehr sauber, wir haben uns die kurze Zeit wohl gefühlt. Unser entspanntes Frühstück hatten wir auf der Terrasse und konnten dabei sogar ein Reh beobachten. Wir konnten hier vor unserer Rückreise aus dem Urlaub noch einmal schön und entspannt übernachten. Nach ursprünglichen Bedenken zur Zufahrt, haben wir auch diese mit einem Ford Mondeo gut fahren können. Etwas eng, aber geht!

Steile Auffahrt

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem - auch für größere Menschen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und man hört den Fluss und Vogelgezwitscher.

Der Auffahrt zum Haus ist extrem steil und kurvig. Ohne Allrad rate ich dringend ab.

L'apartament està bé i és molt espaiós. Les vistes des de la terrassa són molt boniques. L'amfitriona va està tota l'estona disponible per dubtes via Whatsapp.

El camí per arribar a l'apartament impacta molt el primer cop, és molt molt estret i hi ha un parell de curves en pujada que et fan patir. Com que només hi cap un cotxe pel camí, hi ha un botó (suposo que a mode de semàfor), però no tinc clar si funciona.

Cà Teodori è un alloggio molto piacevole, pulitissimo, molto spazioso, luminoso

La posizione è fantastica, immersa nella natura accanto ad un corso d'acqua, l'appartamento è molto luminoso, pulitissimo, spazioso, con tutti gli accessori come la macchina del caffè, stoviglie, una doccia grande, l'asciuga capelli. L'unico neo è la strada di accesso che è molto stretta e indicata per le moto. Consigliatissimo!

Bello l'appartamento, pessima l'ubicazione

L'appartamento è spazioso, accogliente, luminoso e con un mobilio nuovo. L'host risponde subito alle eventuali richieste.

Il letto non era comodo: rumoroso ad ogni movimento e il materasso e i cuscini erano molto morbidi. Alla partenza abbiamo dovuto caricare in macchina i vari sacchetti della spazzatura, perché i cassonetti della raccolta sono molto lontani dall'abitazione. La strada è molto stretta (e questo era segnalato dall'host), ciò che non è segnalato è che è anche molto ripida e con curve a gomito, occorre fare molta attenzione, sia salendo che scendendo.
