Stylish apartment but only with light suitcases.

Stylish apartment for couples.

The apartment is on a hillside, great views but you need to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the apartment. Not good with heavy cases. The dining table was shaky & kitchen had a stench that eventually got sorted.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo!

Ottima la divisione in due piani e la presenza di due bagni, soprattutto se come noi si viaggia con un'altra famiglia di amici. Deliziosa la posizione al centro di una scalinata, anche se questo fattore non la rende accessibile a tutti.

Apartamentai įsikūrę visai netoli geležinkelio stoties pėstute įveikiamu atstumu. Tiesa, yra laiptų, bet toks jau tas šio žavingo miesto reljefas. Nuo stoties ir Kolumbo paminklo važiuoja autobusai (dvi-trys stotelės į kalną), taip pat galima pasinaudoti ir unikaliu funikulieriumi-liftu (nuostabi patirtis), kuris Jus, šiek tiek paėjėjus, beveik pristatys į minimus apartamentus. Viduje radome viską, ko gali prireikti, o pats būstas buvo tvarkingas. Pro langus mėgavomės gražiu vaizdu į San Tommaso bažnyčią, o pro balkoną galima matyti ir dalelytę uosto su lopinėliu jūros. Labai pravertė administratoriaus patarimai ir rekomendacijos, deja, jo/jos gyvai pamatyti neteko, bendravimas vyko tik virtualiai, tačiau gana profesionaliai.

Neturime nusiskundimų, bet buvome perspėti dėl galimo budrumo tamsiu paros metu, esą pasitaiko apiplėšimų. Tačiau, nors nakvojome 5 naktis, nieko panašaus nepatyrėme, kažkokių agresyvių žmonių, laimei, nesutikome. Viskas buvo labai gerai.

Super wyjazd, podczas którego mieliśmy okazję nocować w tym pięknym apartamencie.

Przestronny obiekt, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo dobra, dostaliśmy od niego wiele pomocnych wskazówek. Mieszkanie jest pięknie urządzone, komunikacyjnie też jest w dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko jest przystanek autobusowy skąd można dojechać do głównego Piazza De Ferrari.

Dla nas nie stanowiło to problemu ale aby dostać się do obiektu trzeba pokonać sporą ilość schodów więc może być to kluczowa informacja dla osób z ograniczeniami ruchowymi.

Situé en plein centre ville avec beaucoup de bus.

Les extérieurs pas propres du tout. Comme toute la ville en général. Et puis pas de voiture qui reste à proximité.

Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura pulita, comoda e accogliente

Purtroppo la mancanza di parcheggio è una grande pecca. Per parcheggiare è stato sempre un problema, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.

Appartamento accogliente

Lo staff è stato accogliente, abbiamo avuto esigenza di fare il check-in fuori orario e sono stati assolutamente disponibili. L'appartamento è spazioso, si sviluppa su due piani, collegati da una scala. Al piano inferiore c'è una camera da letto con un bagno, al piano superiore un'altra camera da letto con bagno e una cucina. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma è completa di tutto ciò che può servire. In caso di necessità, c'erano anche più asciugamani a disposizione.

L'appartamento è posizionato tra due strade, per raggiungerlo bisogna scendere 3 rampe di scale che per una persona anziana possono essere difficoltose. Ovviamente per giovani o famiglie non sarà un problema. I bagni non sono molto grandi, con doccia e bidet solo in uno dei due, ma è una cosa abbastanza comune nelle case genovesi. Si potrebbe mettere un appendi asciugamani vicino alla doccia.
