Excellent flat
It was amazing! Everything worked well, the furniture was nice and modern, and the metro and shops were really close. The parking spot was right in front of the flat. Check-in and communication were excellent. we even arrived more than 2hours before the check in time and it was no problem. 🫶🏻
The flat is located in the 4th floor without elevator. It can be uncomfortable for someone, who is older or those, who has a lot of luggage.

Ottima posizione ma il riposo è un miraggio: sconsigliato per 4 persone.
Ottima posizione e parcheggio sotto casa. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza di caffè e tè.
Non è predisposto per quattro persone. Il letto e il divano letto sono piccoli e scomodi, non per due persone ciascuno. La biancheria sintetica e usurata. I cuscini improponibili: irregolari e incredibilmente scomodi. Per riscaldare c'era uno split di aria condizionata per l'intero appartamento. Noi abbiamo sentito freddo. Anche il boiler insufficiente per garantire la doccia a tutti.

Ubytování bylo dobře situované, hezká lokalita. Fajn komunikace s majitelem a bezproblémový přístup při pozdním checkinu. Parkování primo před domem, avšak sousedé nás z místa vyhazovali.
Ubytování čisté, ale poněkud zbytečně prevoněné silnymi čistícími prostředky. Nebylo by na škodu vůní ubrat. Připravte si taxu 12€ v hotovosti, což nám nebylo řečeno při check inu.

Que tuviera lavadora y secadora
La cama es incomodísima, no solo porque tiene una almohada minúscula pensada solo para una persona, sino porque hace falta que las renueven. He de decir que me sentí tentada de no dejar la tasa turística en el momento que descubrí el estado de las tablas de la cama, vergonzoso. En general hace falta que se le haga más caso al apartamento: dejar vajilla a la vista, toallas para dos personas, cama en condiciones, limpieza más exhaustiva, etc. Es importante mencionar que es un cuarto sin ascensor con unas escaleras muy empinadas

Wir kamen abends von der Fähre. Check in nur über WhatsApp, Foto vom Personalausweis musste verschickt werden… für mich eine sehr unsichere Methode. Vermieter anonym. Stundenlang nach einem Parkplatz gesucht, Gegend nicht so toll. Appartement rudimentär, Klo nicht befestigt… Dusche unterirdisch und muffig.
