Velmi rozměrné, ideální lokalita. Moře co by kamenem dohodil, stejně tak i potraviny, restaurace, kavárna, zmrzlina i lékarna. Bezplatné parkoviště o čtyři bloky dál.

La metratura, presenza di ventilatori e molti asciugamani, la vista.
Non c'era il telecomando della TV, abbiamo dovuto usare un'app. Casa molto molto ma molto rumorosa per via di una pizzeria appena sotto, la sera era impossibile addormentare i bambini. Pulita, ma si poteva fare di meglio. In 4 giorni l'ascensore ha funzionato solo due e avendo due gemelle di 17 mesi portarle su e giù ogni volta dal terzo piano è stato molto scomodo.

Kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Parken auf 2 Parkplätzen gut möglich. Lage: mit dem Zug direkt ins Zentrum von Genua. Tipp: steigen Sie am Hauptbahnhof in die U-Bahn und fahren Sie bis San Giorgio - das ist direkt das Zentrum.
Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und komplett abgewohnt. Komischer Geruch, der sich durch Lüften nicht entfernen lässt. Fenster und Türen schließen nicht richtig. Mobiliar teilweise kaputt, kaum Wasserdruck. Duschen schwierig, Handstück kaputt - kann man nicht mehr aufhängen. Laut. Definitiv keine 9 Punkte, sondern maximal 6. Wir haben uns um den Preis mehr erwartet.
