La posizione è meravigliosa: si sente il suono del mare e al mattino è stupendo aprire i balconi e vedere l’orizzonte. La casa ha un fascino autentico, con pavimenti antichi, mobili d’epoca, porte e finestre originali che mantengono l’anima della casa. I letti sono comodi e il contesto è molto tranquillo.
Alcuni dettagli, soprattutto in bagno e in cucina, potrebbero essere curati un po’ di più. Con piccole manutenzioni e qualche attenzione in più all’accoglienza, la struttura potrebbe diventare davvero perfetta.

Das Apartment war schön groß, Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Voltri selbst ist nicht die Perle war trotzdem eine schöne Zeit zu Pfingsten dort, vor allem Die Umgebung. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, mit Video bestens erklärt wo und wie. Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante ist empfehlenswert.
Leider kein Balkon. Parken war sehr nervig da man oft warten musste bis was frei wurde.

Es war sehr schön und unkompliziert.
Der Service bezüglich Unterkunftübernahme, Schlüßelübergabe/Schlüsselabgabe ist top. Vorab wurden wir detailliert informiert, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen, wie und wo wir den Schlüssel erhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, die Betten mit frischer Bettwäsche bezogen. Es ist alles vorhanden, Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen, Sonnenschirme, Spülmaschine etc. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Drumherum sind allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pizzerien, Bäckereien etc. Vom Bahnhof etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung für Familien wärmstens empfehlen!
Etwas schwierig mit Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft, wenn man mit dem Auto vor Ort ist. Jedoch gibt es 2 große Parkplatzanlagen unweit der Unterkunft.

Vriendenvakantie Genua (6 personen)
De afstand naar het strand was heel kort, appartement dichtbij een bakkerij en supermarkt. Daarnaast was het station ook op korte loopafstand. De aanwezigheid van vaatwasser en wasmachine waren fijn. Uitzicht op zee was mooi, maar er zit wel een dak deels in de weg. Appartement qua ligging en faciliteiten prima voor een paar dagen maar niet voor veel langer.
De douchekop zat los en kon gemakkelijk van de muur komen, ook was het moeilijk om een fijne straal van water te krijgen. Geen theedoeken en te weinig keukengerei aanwezig. Bestek + borden waren vies. De eenpersoonbedden zijn een beetje hard.
