La posizione vicina al porto e la pulizia

L'appartamento è molto datato 3° piano senza ascensore. C'era un fortissimo odore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno e dalla cucina che ha reso impossibile dormire! Inoltre non è presente aria condizionata ma solo due ventilatori. Il bagno é minuscolo

Si presentava pulito e accogliente. Staff molto disponibile alle nostre richieste e ci ha fatto anche un piccolo omaggio molto gradito.

Gli spazi dell appartamento

Purtroppo solo al nostro arrivo alle h 20.00 e dopo aver scaricato e portato tutti bagagli nell' appartamento al 3' piano senza ascensore abbiamo sentito un odore nauseante provenire dalla cucina Abbiamo chiesto all host da cosa potesse dipendere e ci ha risposto che c'era stato un guasto alla fognatura del condominio che non era stato possibile riparare. Nessuno ci ha informato di questo grave disagio. L host ha proposto il rimborso e di tentare autonomamente di trovare alloggio in una struttura nei dintorni. A quell'ora era impossibile in quanto viaggiamo con un bambino di 4 anni e mille bagagli. Non è stato possibile utilizzare la cucina per la cena. Inoltre nonostante le finestre aperte l'odore ha pervaso l appartamento per tutta la notte rendendo terribile la nottata. Abbiamo lasciato l appartamento la mattina presto esausti. Capisco l imprevisto, ma se si è già al corrente di un problema tanto grave, credo sia corretto avvisare e permettere di poter scegliere e valutare una giusta alternativa. Non sono solita a recensioni negative, ma avevo il diritto di essere avvisata
