The apartment was very quiet and central located. We loved that about it.

The location is great for reaching the center of Genoa on foot. The building has been renovated and the apartment would have great potential. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: kitchen cabinets with stains and fingerprints everywhere, dirty dishes from previous guests in the dishwasher, dust in the corners, under the bed and layers of dust on the bathroom radiator and in the air vents, hair from previous guests. We had booked for 3 people and only found the double bed prepared. The check-in guy apologized and offered to help us prepare the sofa bed but we preferred to prepare it ourselves. The mattress in the room was comfortable, I would change the one on the sofa bed, as well as the pillows, very uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work, we asked a couple of times and, in the end, on the day of departure, we were told that it was shared and that it would be activated on June 11 (the following day) as indicated in the ad but there were no notices. We were told to recycle and throw the garbage away ourselves (under penalty) but we didn't have enough buckets or bags available (we stayed 3 nights). There are no roller shutters on the windows in the apartment and there are only opaque curtains in the bedroom: it would be a good idea to also put a opaque curtain in the living room where the sofa bed is. With more care, it would be a real gem.

Wonderful apartment in a nice area in Genova. Everything was perfect from the very begging starting with the contact from the office till we were welcomed in by Susane. We could check in earlier and Susane was very helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Very nice beds, pillows and blankets. Highly recommend for single travellers, couples and families! Perfect stuff who works for the convinience of the guests! It was very easy to contact if we had questions:) Thank you once again!
