Gives you a real taste of life in alleyways near docks in Genoa.

The interior decoration but the sofa bed was not comfortable as a sofa. The chairs provided were hard to sit on . Only recommend for short stay. The sheets were clean and crisp and the apartment was clean . There are restaurants and shops a few minutes from the apartment. Excellent air conditioning.

There was no tea towel to dry dishes or dish rack to drain them. There was no iron , which was mentioned in description. No real storage for food , the kitchen is only suitable for snacks.The wardrobe/ shelves in second bedroom needs attention.

Great residential location, and quiet, on one of the many narrow streets that Genova is famous for but still only a short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Good communication from the host in both Italian and English. Very comfortable stay.

We were met by Isla outside a bar on the main street near the property. She then guided us to the accommodation. Neither of us could speak each other's language so it was all done via Google Translate. This is not a negative but made it slightly challenging with a bit of misunderstanding. Be prepared to provide your passport at check in which is law in Italy - we had not realised this. Note that there is no dishwasher and the cooking facilities are basic. There was no clean sponges for washing up or plug to fill up sink.

The apartment was modern, clean, amazing location and even though it is a little small it has everything you need. I could also ask the owner if I had any questions and if I needed anything it was brought to the apartment within short time

Район очень специфический, второй раз я бы здесь не остановилась

Апартамент большой, чистый. Спальни просторные, кровати хорошие.

Очень непростое месторасположение. Навигатор его не берёт. Нас встречала женщина, которая быстро пробежала эти глухие улицы, вывела нас к двери и убежала. Мы её ждали 10 минут. Она прибежала, сунула нам ключи, взяла деньги ( туристический налог ) и убежала, ничего не объяснив. Она была злая и раздраженная. Когда мы вечером возвращались домой, то не могли найти наш дом. Искали с помощью местного жителя, но и он не мог найти. Итальянец позвонил в офис и они ему долго объясняли, куда идти (все вместе мы с трудом нашли нужную дверь). Ещё проблема: у нас был 5 этаж , очень высокий ( практически, седьмой), лифта нет, ступени очень крутые. Тащить наверх чемоданы, а потом спускать их вниз - радости мало.

L appart bien

Rien à redire de l appartement , télé dans chaque pièce ! Il manque un lave vaisselle et un étendoir pour le linge et des essuies tout 🙁 l immeuble est sécurisée et très propre ! Mais l extérieur commentaire ce que j ai pas aimé 🙁

L emplacement deja !! Cela n est pas propre ca pu l urine ! a cote des dames qui travaillent 😳ca peut etre gênant pour des ados et de jeunes enfants ! Et je pèse mes mots sur les dames ! L étage a déconseillé pour des bébés et jeunes enfants et des personnes en difficultés ! 4 étages mais qui rallonge avec des escaliers très hautes ! Surtout si il y’a des valises j ai pas voulu mettre une mauvaise note par rapport à l appart ! Mais attention pour des jeunes filles seules !

Appartamento ristrutturato nel cuore dei "folcloristici" caruggi ormai multietnici..

Appartamento molto accogliente dotato di tutto quello che può servire durante il soggiorno, ben ristrutturato e molto pulito. Peccato che gli scarichi dell'acqua spesso emanavano odore sgradevole, indipendentemente dal grado di pulizia ottimo del bagno.

Szuper, szépen felújított.

Minden tökéletes volt. A szállás pont ugyan olyan mint a képeken, közel minden látnivalóhoz. Külön pozitív volt, hogy a szállásadóval folyamatosan kapcsolatban tudtunk lenni. A tenger kb 10-15 perc buszozással elérhető.
