Very nice property with good facilities and location.

There was nothing not to like about this property. Had everything we needed although 5 woman would have preferred single beds. No request was too much. Toilet paper and an extra mirror was given promptly. Communication easy with host.

The stairs were hard with luggage but we managed.

El edificio no tiene ascensor pero considerando que el apartamento está en el centro histórico de Génova, eso es algo común.

Ottimo per un weekend in famiglia: noi eravamo in 5, siamo stati bene, girando per Genova senz'auto

Proprietari e supporto nella gestione gentilissimi, disponibili e veloci nel rispondere. Appartamento tutto nuovo, ristrutturato da poco, ampi spazi, funzionale e pulito; letti, cuscini e divano letto comodissimi! 5-7 minuti a piedi dall'acquario, vicino alla basilica S. Lorenzo e Piazza De Ferrari.

E' nella città vecchia vicino al porto, strade medioevali pedonabili, molto strette, gli affacci sono su altre abitazioni: ma nella zona sono tutti così. Palazzo antico con muri spessi, in inverno ci vuole un po' per riscaldare appartamento.

Stanze spaziose pulite e bene arredate.

Anche se si trova in una posizione centrale di Genova il quartiere è abbastanza disagiato,pieno di diverse etnie di famiglie che ci vivono,quando arriva la sera non è proprio il massimo passare in quelle viuzze strette.

Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder

Sauber und sehr schön renovierte Altbauwohnung. Zentrale Lage zu allem (Essen, Aquarium, usw) Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Vor dem Haus sind die engen Gassen etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Info zum Haus - kein Aufzug vorhanden fehlt.

Ambiente veramente pulito e posizione strategica, proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile a qualunque ora e giorno che ci ha dispensato consigli utilissimi e apprezzati sia su parcheggi che ristoranti nella zona.

Appartement spacieux et équipé de ventilateurs. (Indispensables au vu de la chaleur) Grandes chambres, lits très confortables. On recommande vivement !

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een leuke stad

Locatie in het midden van de historische binnenstad is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. We moesten wel veel trappen op maar als je gewoon goed ter been bent geen enkel probleem. Een super leuk plein vlakbij voor een eerste koffie en een laatste drankje.

De trappen waren wennen en het was even zoeken naar de sleutel mevrouw maar verder was het prima!

Honnêtement tout a été très interessant, le seul bémol est les escaliers, mais Alessandro nous a aidé pour porter les bagages. Merci beaucoup

Apartament godny polecenia! Komunikacja z właścicielem i obsługą wzorowa.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum, dzięki czemu było blisko do wszystkich atrakcji Genui oraz środków komunikacji, restauracji etc. Apartament bardzo czysty, odnowiony i wyposażony w niezbędne sprzęty. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja we wszystkich pomieszczeniach.

Lokalizacja jest w samym starym centrum Genui, co niesie ze sobą pewien klimat otoczenia, ale można czuć się bezpiecznie.
