A pleasant stay!

The location of the apartment is perfect to explore Genova. The apartment was comfortable enough for a 1 night stay.

Superb

The apartment was very spacious. The bedroom had a double bed and a mezzanine with a single bed, which was perfect because I was staying with my mother and brother. It also had a nice bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen / living room with a tv. We had to go to the hotel to have breakfast, but it was only a 2 minute walk and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice, they let us to a late check-in and saved us a parking space in the nearby park (4 minute walk), for which they had a discount (21€ / day). The apartment was very well located, no more than 15 minutes away from all the main attractions.

When you put "Helvetia Suite" in google maps, it directs you to the apartment. It was not clear to me that we had to go first to Hotel Helvetia to do the check-in and collect the keys. Also for this reason, we were already lying in bed, ready to go to sleep, when someone rang at our door twice to ask if the hotel had any rooms available. I would suggest making it more clear, both on booking and on the apartment door, where the hotel is located and how you should proceed.

Lovely apartment within walking distance from train station

Very clean and lovely and cool on a hot summer day. Spacious and comfortable apartment.

The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, very weak.

I would stay here again.

The property was in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily walk to the surrounding area and enjoy the sites. Although the breakfast was served in a different building, it was a short walk. The breakfast was great. The staff were always polite and helpful.

I would have preferred not to have to walk a block or so to the breakfast room. With that said, we were in the heart of Genoa. The daily walk was worth it to be able to walk among the old buildings.

The location is right in the historic centre. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was superb.

The apartment is a little dark, as the windows face a nearby wall. It is a little complicated if you travel with a car

The place was very clean and a few blocks from the old center of Genoa.

The building was very old, the facade needs some renovations to give a better look at the place.

Comfortabel apartment

Spacious, clean apartment with airconditioning on good location. Comfortabel large beds. The apartment is on the first floor with just a few steps (no elevator). Supermarket very nearby. Paid parking in a garage just 50m from the hotel.

The drain in the shower did not work properly.

La struttura è posizionata in un punto strategico. Ottimo per visitare la città che l'acquario di Genova

La struttura non era molto pulita. L'appartamento da noi preso purtroppo puzzava di fumo. Per avere il riscaldamento abbiamo dovuto chiamare la struttura centrale.

Agréable et au calme, même en plein cœur de Gênes.

Notre chambre était en fait un petit appartement situé aux abords de l'hôtel, avec une kitchenette, un coin salon, 2 espaces chambre (dont un en mezzanine) et une salle de bains. L'immeuble est calme, et situé en plein de cœur de Gènes, nous avons tout fait à pieds. Nous avons pu récupérer les clés et profiter du studio et de la place de parking dès notre arrivée en matinée, le personnel a été très à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner se prend à l'hôtel situé une rue plus bas, et il est très bien garni.

Ha tutte le carte ma poteva andare meglio.

Pulito, struttura ok, deposito bagagli, colazione buona. Posizione strategica. IL parcheggio fa una pessima prima impressione ma è stato efficace, rapido, abbastanza vicino e se appena possono la mettono al coperto.

Tanti ma. Check-in fino 19 sulla pagina, comunicato prenotazione parcheggio alle 13 e check-in 18-19. Ricevuto conferma e ringraziamenti da Christian. Arriviamo all'Hotel per il parcheggio 12.45 (attenzione non si può sostare/fermare davanti all'Hotel in sicurezza) le addette insistono per farci fare check-in subito perché ci saranno solo fino alle 17.30. Dovevamo pranzare con le bimbe, abbiamo l'ingresso con orario all'acquario... amen procediamo. Dal parcheggio torniamo a fare il check-in la cui compilazione dura 20 minuti in presenza, ci accompagnano a piedi alla Suite e troviamo le donne delle pulizie a metà dell'opera, imbarazzate le attendiamo cercando di dimostrare empatia, si faranno le 14.00 ca. Non so se sia un caso isolato ma al piano superiore c'è stato un festino/ritrovo piuttosto rumoroso che non ci ha permesso di dormire dalle 00.00 alle 01.45, cosa che abbiamo segnalato l'indomani. Infine La posizione è strategica ma la zona non delle migliori, molti vicoli in zona sono comunque videosorvegliati.

La proximité avec le centre-ville

Beaucoup d'équipements cassés congélateur du frigo, canapé l'établissement était apparemment au courant, elle aurait pu nous contacter pour savoir si on voulais garder l'appartement ou pas. Ménage sous meuble, lit et table inexistant. Salle de bain pas d'eau chaude et pas de pression d'eau. Appartement qui sent le renfermé. Impossible de charger et décharger la voiture place réservée à l'hôtel déjà pris compliqué avec des enfants

Appartamento perfetto per una famiglia con bambini\ragazzi, con spazi interni ampi e in una posizione comodissima. La cortesia dello staff è impareggiabile. Non solo tornerò, ma ho consigliato la struttura agli amici

Haben Genova gesehen. Und für eine Nacht ging es. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend.

Die Lage und dass es eine Wohnung war. Weg zum Hotel war nicht weit.

Es waren keine separaten zwei Schlafzimmer (das wollte ich eigentlich)sondern im Schlafzimmer, Treppe hoch und oben das zweite Bett. Die Alternative in der Küche/Wohnbereich (Ausziehsofa)war das Schlafsofa ein Witz. Frühstück ging so.
