Enjoyable

The apartment was beautiful, very modern and well equipped with plenty of facilities. The host was extremely kind and always available. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The only downside was the check-in process, which felt a bit complicated, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work for me, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Amazing property with some details to get improved

The property is stunning, comfy and good vibes. You have everything you need. Super clean, just love it. Honestly I will write some issues but just so they can improve a bit cause wasn’t nothing serious that disturbed our staying. We definitely recommend the place.

The tv is not smart so I couldn’t connect Netflix, also the position of the tv is bad cause you can’t watch it from the couch. One of the sinks was clogged. You can not use the wardrobe cause is already full of sheets and stuff. And also the location is really far from the center, to go by walk is easy cause is all downhill, but to go back we took a cab all the time.

Great base to explore Genoa, unless you plan on cooking for yourself

CasaViva staff were VERY HELPFUL and RESPONSIVE, but keep in mind that they are only available from 1pm to 6pm. The location was ideal, especially once we figured out where the elevators and funiculars ran. We did not have a car while we stayed there and were able to walk to everything we wanted. The apartment is very modern and comfortable for two couples. Make a point to have dinner at I Tre Merli on Corso Magenti, a few minutes walk away.

The kitchen is not well equipped if you are planning to cook at home or even just have breakfast. It did not have a bread knife or cutting board. Be prepared to bring everything you need to prepare food or at least check the kitchen before you go shopping. Fortunately, there are good grocery shopping options close by. The mattresses are on the softer side and the metal framed bed is a bit creaky if you move around a lot in your sleep. You will not be able to use the building elevator, but the apartment is a short walk up.

A huge apartment in an excellent location. There was a bathtub that we used. Warm.

There was too little space to store clothes. Nowhere to hang our jackets. The soap was over in both bathrooms. No Smart TV (no YouTube or Netflix). The carpet was a little dirty, but nothing critical. There were some tea and coffee leftovers but no sugar.

Nice apartment in a quite area close to city center

The apartment is big (two bathrooms, two double rooms, back-to-back, and one small room with a sofa), bright, in a calm area not far from the historical center. Parking was not a problem (for a fee, like everywhere in Italy) on the street next to the house. There is everything needed to cook breakfast, incl. those useful items which you won't necessary want to buy if you stay for a couple of days, like salt, oil, coffee. So, all in all, this is a good options for families and friends.

The only real problem was a creaky (I mean really creaky that it creaked every time you made a smallest move) metal bed in one of the bedrooms (the other one was perfect). After the first night I reported to the hosts and they tried to fix it, but not 100% successful, so the second night went better but not perfect. So I would consider to change the bed or to make an effort to fix it concretely.

The apartment was clean and large, lots of daylight.

Check in is inflexible and quite late, check out is also inflexible at 10 a.m . More information for a comfortable arrival would have been appreciated (it would have been good to know how to access the area via the elevators). The shower did not have hot water and it drained very slowly. Some information for local public transit, cafés, restaurants, etc., would have been appreciated as it is a very residential area.

Größe des Appartments, ruhige Lage. Schlüsseluebergabe ok.

Keine Küchentücher ( selber mitgebracht), wenig Toilettenpapier. Komunikation etwas unpersönlich ( 8 Mal dieselbe Mail erhalten). Bett quietscht bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung, Dusche ist etwas delikat. Das Appartement hat die typische etwas aseptisch-kahle Atmosphäre von Ferienwohnungen, die ueberwiegend Ikea-eingerichtet sind. Zweckmäßig eben, aber ohne Charme.

Appena siamo entrati nell’appartamento, la prima impressione è stata davvero sorprendente: uno spazio ampio, moderno, con un’illuminazione studiata nei minimi dettagli. Tutto pulitissimo, letti e lenzuola impeccabili. Un ambiente che incanta davvero lo sguardo.

Tuttavia, nonostante la modernità dell’appartamento, abbiamo sentito la mancanza dell’aria condizionata, un elemento imprescindibile durante l’estate. L’appartamento dispone di tre ventilatori, ma solo uno era effettivamente funzionante. Ci sono due bagni: uno con doccia e l’altro con vasca. Tuttavia, la doccia superiore nel bagno non funziona correttamente — è parzialmente otturata — e la regolazione della temperatura dell’acqua è piuttosto instabile, passando da troppo calda a troppo fredda.

Sauber, gemütlich, schön und ruhig.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gross und die Umgebung war schön. Man wohnt etwas oberhalb der Stadt und kann entweder den Bus nehmen oder zu Fuss in die Stadt laufen. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,die nicht weit entfernt sind. Falls etwas unklar ist mit dem Check-In oder der Wohnung konnte man dem CasaViva anrufen und es wurde einem freundlich geholfen. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar.

Es hatte etwas an Austattung gemangelt in der Küche. Es hatte keine Küchentücher, Spültücher und keine Rüstmesser. Das Geschirr und Stühle am Esstisch ist etwas knapp, wenn man mehr als vier Personen ist.
