Appartement neuf , confortable , très bien équipé et très propre . Accès facile et parking aux pieds de l'immeuble . Rien à dire . Super accueil , hôte très réactive . Parfait
La route passe juste devant les fenêtres des chambres . Nous vivons à la campagne et ne sommes pas habitués .

Hat sich echt gelohnt und war entspannend.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schlicht möbeliert und ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer war stehts hilfsbereit und hat alles gut erklärt. Die Lage an sich ist super, 5min zu Fuss ans Meer und in 7min in einem Supermarkt.
Der einzige Nachteil ist es das die Wohnung so nahe an der Industrie ist. Deswegen auch einen kleinen Abzug wegen dem Lärm.

Total neue und moderne Wohnung in einem alten Gebäude. Bei der Anreise war der erste Eindruck nicht der beste da sich die Wohnung in einem Außenbezirk von Genau in einem älteren Haus befindet. Das Haus und auch der Hausgang sind älteres Semester und man vermutet nicht was man bei durchgehen der Wohnungstür findet. Eine echt tolle, neue Wohnung mit guter Qualität gebaut wie auch die Innenausstattung sehr gut ist. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Inhaber hat mich kurz vor Mitternacht noch via WhatsApp mit Info und Bilder informiert bezüglich dem Parkplatz und wie man an die Eingangstür hin und rein kommt. Top!
Die Lage und das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hauses. Man muss mobil sein, ansonsten ist alles kein Problem.

Posizione ottima parcheggio gratuito coperto. A 5 min. Dalla casa capolinea linea 1 per la Metro che con lo stesso biglietto porta in centro Palazzo Ducale.

super pulito super nuovo l interno , spazioso all’avanguardia con luci led regolabili , smart tv con wi-fi. QUALUNQUE tipo di elettrodomestico : friggitrice ad aria, forno , microonde , lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè . Top
L’unica cosa che ci ha un po’ spiazzati è stato l’edificio: da fuori non rende giustizia all’appartamento, con un aspetto un po’ trasandato e una scala condominiale che ricorda più un film ambientato nel Bronx che una vacanza a Genova. Ma una volta entrati, tutto cambia in meglio!
