A bright, well-equipped apartment near the beach with great local amenities and a helpful host—perfe

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights in April with our three kids (ages 4 to 8) and had a wonderful experience. Everything was great—from the convenient public parking just behind the building to the thoughtful little details in the apartment itself. The kitchen is very well equipped, and Silvia even provided some lovely things for our first breakfast, which was a very kind touch. There are several supermarkets and small local shops nearby, including a great bakery and plenty of places to eat. Our children especially loved the close proximity to the beach. There’s also a small playground and an outdoor training area, and the promenade fills with kids when the weather is nice. The beach itself is small but very clean and perfect for children. Although we had mostly rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed our time there. The apartment has some board games, which kept us entertained indoors. Even though it's located on the outskirts of Genoa, it was easy to reach the city center. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s also a bus that runs directly from the area—though the journey by bus takes a bit longer. The apartment is bright and welcoming. While it's situated on a main street, we weren’t disturbed by noise at all. Communication with Silvia was smooth and easy—she met us at the apartment and shared great local tips right from the start. We would definitely stay here again!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der Strandnähe und mit guter Anbindung zum Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles ist wie in Beschreibung. Silvia und Marco sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hinter dem Haus gibt es öffentliche Parkplätze, wo wir unseres Auto für fünf Tage abgestellt haben. Es gibt einige Pizzerias, Cafes und Gelaterias in der Nähe. Der Strand ist fünf Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Sonnenschirm und Badetücher in der Wohnung.

Wie schon viele vor mir geschrieben haben- die Strasse ist sehr stark befahren und es ist ziemlich laut in der Wohnung.

Super Unterkunft in bester Lage

Sehr große Wohnung und alles sauber. Es waren bereits Kaffee, Frühstückszutaten und Obst bereit gestellt. Auch für unser Kind (1 Jahr) wurde ein Bett und ein Hochstuhl aufgebaut, das war sehr nett. Die Lage ist im Ortskern von Voltri. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten und Strand. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich hinter dem Haus. Auch ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind im bzw. neben dem Gebäude. Silvia und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr lieb und geben ihr Bestes den Aufenthalt bestmöglich zu machen.

Durch die Hauptstraße ist es ziemlich laut, was man nachts merkt aber dafür gab es Ohrstöpsel. :-)

Casa perfetta, spaziosa e fornita di tutto. Pulizia ottima e posizione centrale, vicinissima al mare e sopra il miglior panificio della città! Host gentilissima e disponbile
