Très bel appartement, beaucoup de petites attentions nous attendaient à l'intérieur. Propriétaires disponibles et à l'écoute. Bien agencé, bien décoré, qui tranche avec l'extérieur.
Plutôt bien situé, proche du Métro Brin et à l'abri de l'agitation mais dans un quartier tranquille. Facilité pour se garer gratuitement sur le parking en contrebas tout proche, les commerces ne sont pas loin non plus.
L'immeuble est un peu défraîchi comme beaucoup à Gênes, cela peut inquiéter, mais à tort.
Il y a de la circulation à l'intérieur et les portes peuvent faire du bruit mais on est en Italie ca fait partie du folklore, rien d'insurmontable.
Le quartier est en travaux, ce qui perturbe un peu les trajets à pied, mais cela n'enlève rien à la qualité de l'appartement.
