A warm welcome in Genoa

Beautiful bedroom with large comfortable bed, good wifi and tv. Access to shared kitchen. Friendly and welcoming host. Lovely resident cat. Welcomes dogs.

No lift so getting luggage up several flights of stairs was not easy. The room did not have a fan or air-conditioning so it was warm and stuffy at night.

Couldn’t be better

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – close to everything and an ideal base for exploring the area. The owners are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. Every day they greeted us warmly, gave us great tips, and recommended places worth visiting. We felt more like we were staying with good friends than in a regular rental. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious coffee and something sweet to start the day. As a special touch, they even shared with us some authentic Italian recipes – a true culinary adventure! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Super cute & affordable

Amazing stay if it’s your first time in a hostel, only three bedrooms so it’s nice and cosy. The apartment was so cute and clean, we highly recommend paying a bit extra for the balcony, it is 100% worth it. Simon gave us so many great recommendations for Genoa and responded straight away whenever we had any questions. Thank you to Nino for driving us to the city centre when there was a train strike and a special thanks to Zeus the resident kitty! 🐈‍⬛ Overall an affordable and amazing place to stay in Genoa 10/10 recommend.

Good stay in Pegli, Genova

The bed was really comfortable, and the building wherein the apartment is situated is great.

It is a quite noisy environment, so sleeping with the windows open is not comfortable. The shared shower is a very small one.

I want to share my pleasant stay at the hotel. We liked our room, clean comfortable bed, stylish Italian design, helpful owner, charming cat) the location is not in the center and it was great because we enjoyed the nature of the city! There is a bus that will take you to the center and beyond. I would like to return to this place! Only good impressions.

Good for a short stay

Big and clean room, comfortable bed, nice kitchen.

Bathroom could be cleaner for this rating, especially the shower. It said on booking there is an external private bathroom - in my understanding one should have a key to it, if not, its not private, but shared with other guests. I would recommend to put some dark curtains on the big room windows as well to provide better sleep for the guests.

Nice place. Zeus is the best 🐈‍⬛

If you are a cat lover , you will definitely like Zeus! He is adorable cat. The accommodations themselves were nice, but the bathroom was a bit messy. Anyway, it didn’t ruin the overall experience. I would definitely recommend staying here

Wszystko okej. Fajne miejsce niedaleko lotniska.

Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie. Wynajmowaliśmy 1 pokój, ale wybraliśmy ten z balkonem. Akurat w czasie naszego pobytu nie było lokatorów w innych pokojach. Mieszkanie jest na tyle duże, ma 2 łazienki, osobną kuchnie i nawet jeśli nie bylibyśmy sami to raczej nie byłoby problemu z dostępnością do części wspólnych. Czystość okej. Niedaleko stacja kolejowa i przystanek autobusowy. Do Centrum bezpośredni autobus, ale droga jest bardzo długa. Połączenie z lotniskiem okej.

W zasadzie to nie mieliśmy zastrzeżeń. Wszystkie informacje o mieszkaniu zawarte w opiniach i w wiadomościach od właścicielki, więc nic nas nie zaskoczyło jakoś mocno negatywnie

Szívesen visszamennék jövőre is.

A szállás jól felszerelt, tiszta, a házigazda igazán kedves és segítőkész. Több tanácsot is kaptunk, hogy könnyű megközelíteni a belvárost, illetve mit érdemes megnézni. Nekünk erkélyes szobánk volt, ami nagyon sokat hozzátett az élményhez. Jó kilátás volt és két fő kényelmesen elfért kint. Nagyon közel van a városközponthoz a szállás, kb 10-15 perc séta. Part, kávézók, éttermek, bevásárlóközpontok mind sétatávra vannak.

A foglalásban leírt 15:00 órás szálláselfoglalást mi kicsit későinek tartottuk főleg, hogy előtte tényleg nem tudtuk egy perccel sem hamarabb átvenni a kulcsokat. De ez inkább csak szokatlan volt, nem pedig probléma.

posizione eccellente molto vicina al casello autostradale. vicino al lungomare di Pegli. Il Sig. Nino e' stato disponibilissimo, ci ha aiutato per tutte le nostre necessita'. Lo abbiamo ringraziato alla partenza e lo ringraziamo ulteriormente ora, Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

La mancanza di ascensore... e' stata un problema 3 piani si sono fatti senire nelle braccia e nelle gambe....

Ottima collocazione vicinissimo all’aereoporto e al mare.

In generale poteva essere più pulito, ma per una notte va benissimo così, a disposizione macchinetta del caffè biscotti e tisane, peccato ci sia passato qualcuno prima di noi che non ha lasciato nulla!

La atención del personal super atento con indicaciones clarisimas para el ingreso, la ubicación es perfecta cerca de la estación y del aeropuerto. La habitación es amplia, colchón muy cómodo y los espacios compartidos muy lindos. Todo impecable. Te esperan con un rico café y la cocina tiene todo para preparar lo que sea. Fue perfecto para una noche.

3 szoba és 2 fürdő van . Nem volt ütközés, Jól be lehetett osztani de mégsem privát a fürdő, pedig csak saját fürdőszobás helyekre szűrtem. De lehet valamit féreértettem.

Semplicemente una truffa ben architettata in posto macrabo

Non è stato salvabile nulla di questo posto. Scenario perfetto per un film dell’orrore! E Simon, l’host, peggio della struttura.

Iniziamo col dire che si tratta di una truffa in quanto la struttura non è in regola. Il CIN obbligatorio per legge è inesistente quindi il tipo affitta in nero. (Cosa ovviamente segnalata alla Guardia di Finanza e all’Asl di Genova). La struttura apparentemente collocata in un normale contesto abitativo, appena varcato il portone si mostra come un tugurio fatiscente, un androne e delle scale degne del set di Gomorra, luogo buio, fatiscente e maleodorante. Il check in si fa prendendo le chiavi da un lucchetto lasciato in una bicicletta con codice 1102. Terzo piano, appartamento N.8! L’appartamento é caratterizzato da tre stanze (due doppie e una singola) e due bagni. Appena si entra si scopre che l’appartamento è colonizzato da un gatto nero enorme di nome Sirio o Sirius (cosa assolutamente non segnalata) che girovaga per casa insieme ai suoi escrementi sparsi ovunque insieme a ciotole di croccantini, lettiere non pulite da settimane e peli. Ma il bello viene quando si entra nei bagni, assolutamente mancanti di qualsiasi standard base di pulizia. Dita di polvere incrostata ovunque dal lavandino, alla vasca, al water, impossibile e schifoso anche solo lavarsi le mani. Fornito solo un telo doccia per camera per giunta tutto pieno di macchie marroni. Un vero imbarazzo. La nostra esperienza non appena entriamo é stata subito quella di chiamare l’assistenza di Booking e segnalare che la struttura non è in condizioni igieniche sanitarie a norma, che tutto ciò che riporta sul sito dalle foto alle recensioni evidenziate sono pagate perché abbiamo molto materiale che può documentare l’esattezza di ciò che questo tugurio é. Booking ci segnala di avvisare l’host che non avremmo soggiornato in tale posto e ci suggerisce strutture alternative, emettendo subito un minuscolo sconto rimborso. Il carissimo host si ostina a non restituirmi ben 120€ prontamente pagati con anticipo prima di scoprire questa merda.
