Great place for such a price

The property was very clean and spacious. The host was very helpful and the apartment was very nice.

Didn't find accommodation, not reimbursed

The booking confirmation did not include an exact address or any directions to the accommodation. Once I was on the street, I called the number three times, but no one answered, and the answering machine said they were available 24/7... So I booked a hotel nearby and requested a free cancellation, and immediately received a message saying, “Didn't find the accommodation?” I replied that no, I hadn't, and that I had booked a hotel nearby, asking if they could accept my cancellation request. (I had booked the day before, it wasn't during the holiday season, they could have made an effort) They never replied, even after I followed up the next day. Run away and keep your money.

Great location, nice room

The room and bathroom are very clean -- spotless. The bed is quite comfortable, and the place, in general, is very nice and cozy. The location is great -- very close to the station, the university, and the seaquarium (port area).

Very good

The property isn't far away from the Principe train station and the historical center (around 10-12 minutes walk distance from the station). The room was comfortable and clean. There is shared kicthen were you can find facilities for cooking. All property smelled very nice.

The property is in the basement and the private bathroom is external, but this doesn't exist in the descriprion. I understoond that somedody else had used it, as it wasn't locked.

Very good location. Close to the all famous places, not far away from train station. Stuff super helpful and friendly. Although we had issues with the key, one phone call and issue was solved.

Excellent value for money, really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen. Easy communication with the staff online.

The check-in was a little complicated since it's all done online but the staff answered all my questions quickly. It was not clear that the private bathroom is not en-suite so you need to cross the communal areas to access it. You are also sharing all the space (apart from your room and bathroom) with another double room so there isn't that much privacy. More of a shared AirBnB situation but we had a good experience overall.

good price, not too far from train station

the correct location for this place, not on booking.com or on maps! we lost 20 minutes walking around with our bags looking for this place. location is not bad, but I did not like the area, lots of catcalling and creepy men, shared bathroom!

Il gestore non rispondeva ai messaggi, indicazioni per arrivare sbagliate, abbiamo dovuto telefonare quando eravamo in zona, i locali sono sotto il livello della strada,la camera aveva il bagno privato ma fuori dalla stanza e si doveva passare per la cucina comune, camera umida con deumidificatore che andava sempre,riscaldamento era spento di giorno veniva acceso verso le 18 ed andava di notte. Password wi fi scritta in camera sbagliata. Zona con parcheggi a pagamento con strisce blu non facile da trovare. Camera e bagno puliti. Cucina attrezzata normalmente.

Correct bon emplacement

C'est un appartement divisé en location de 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain extérieure a la chambre. Une cuisine commune est à disposition. L'emplacement est très bien, proche de la gare (10 min a pieds). Le propriétaire est réactif par WhatsApp et entrée autonome. Bonne literie avec oreillers à mémoire de forme.

Il faisait un peu froid surtout dans la salle de bain (nous sommes venus en novembre). Le bémol : pas d'eau chaude, uniquement tiède. Appartement partagé donc on entend les allers et venues des autres locataires.

Pulizia e ordine, completo di kit di sicurezza e tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Pur essendo in una zona molto umida, i deumidificatori fanno a dovere il loro lavoro.

Staff irraggiungibile, porta esterna al condominio aperta dai vicini di casa dopo insistenza. Per raggiungere il bagno bisogna passare dalla stanza comune che comprende la cucina
