1. Flat was change as for upgrade as for was worse. 2. Cleaning was not proper 3. During night, the door was checked from outside. 4. Noisy neighbors. 5. Accommodation located in low rate neighborhood

Great house, very clean and with all amenities.very friendly host that gAve us also all the indications on what to do in genova. thank you! when we will be back in Genoa we will surely stay here again andd I recommend it.

It is nice cozy apartments. There ara plenty of space, bot small kitchen, but anyway it was enough.

The location of apartments is but dangerous, especially at night. Could be cleaner.

Good

If you want somewhere to stay while exploring around, definitely this is one of your best options. It is well located, near the train/bus station and it is really easy to explore around the marina and city centre. The host, Alessandra, is the sweetest. She gave us step-by-step directions to make sure we arrived properly at the accommodation and recommendations of what to visit not only in Genoa but the surroundings.

It is a bit confusing how to get there, and the street looks a bit suspicious at night. However, the host's directions help a lot with this, and the street is not dangerous at all. Also, at some point, the house gets too warm, so watch out for the boiler or open the windows.

very pleasant and we will come again

The location is very close (3 min walk) to "Piazza Principe" train station and in the Genova historic region. Because of this the area is a little dark and can give you a strange impression, but we did not face any issues even when we arrived late evening (around 22:40)

The apartment is at 4th floor and would be nice to have an elevator. It is a old (historical) building so there are things that need to be fix (in the apartment all was fine)

Central and comfortable

The location was excellent although we were a little concerned as it is down a narrow street with a lot of people hanging about, although we had no issues and there were no issues when we were there, but being a bit older and not used to that area we were being very cautious. The host did put us at our ease however, letting us know that the people all lived and worked in the area and that there were never any issues

Close to the station, close to attractions and close to the cruise ship. Comfortable apartment. Host was very good.

There was dumping place for rubbish outside our window, so very smelly. There is 7 flights of black painted narrow steps to the apartment. It is not suitable for unfit or old people.

In a very questionable street. I traveled with my family during the summer and it was so hot that we could not sleep. in such a hot location, ACs should be a must.

No frills affordable accommodation

Easy to collect keys and the host provided alot of information via whatspps with lots of tips for visiting the city.

the apartment was not very clean, the shower was dirty. the apartment is very hot especially at night. there is no additional extras like soap or shampoo which would have been nice. The area was a little uncomfortable to walk around as it didn't feel very safe but we did not have any bad experiences. There is around 7 flights of stairs to get to the apt and no lift so be aware of this for people with limited mobility and carrying bags. The host also told us that parking would be €20 (around 5 min walk away) but we were charged €25.00. Overall the apartment could really do with a deep clean and freshening up of sheets and towel.

The host was lovely and incredibly helpful with very good suggestions. The location is convenient and flavourful if you're open to diversity, but as previous guests have said it might not be for everyone. I enjoyed the diversity it offered. The price is fair for what you get

Could have been a bit cleaner. If visiting in a heatwave you need to be mindful of being quite high up with no air-conditioning

be aware of the location

be aware of the location, literally just before arrival host mentioned the street was frequented by people from other cultures, but the reality is quite different, from people shouting at us to people trying to sell us drugs and chasing us around. the flat was neither clean nor in acceptable conditions, from cockroaches, very dirty shower, dirty kitchen, broken shower head, etc. we stayed only because we had no other option and was late and we were tired from long journey.

Disappointing

We only liked that the host was really nice and connected with us via whats app and shared some tips for visiting Genoa. Also, she was available for answering all the questions we had.

The location of the apartment is on a very unclean area, the apartment is 4th floor without elevator, inside we could not connect to wi fi, the bathroom is old and it was dirty. Also, the 2 beds that were offered were very unconfortable as they were moving while you wanted to turn from one side to the other. Also, the area looked to be unsafe, we saw lots of police on that street which increased our anxiety. We did not like that the host let us know more about the location only after we arived. This is a clear sign that other guests might have had the same sentiment.

Nice apartment very close to the train station.

The apartment is very close to the train station, which made displacements very easy. At first sight, the neighborhood looks a bit unsafe, but in the 2 days of stay nothing happened to us and we were not even bothered. Our host, Alessandra, gave us extra instructions to reach the place and was very kind in giving us recommendations of what to do in the city.

First of all the thing that we didn't like is there was no aircondition, We thought it was not warm during the night that's why we choose that appartment, Anyway we're already knew that there is no aircondition and we never expected how warm it is during the night.😊😊

Appartement qui permet de visiter Gênes sans bouger sa voiture .

son emplacement près du port et de la gare , on peut très facilement circuler à pied et ne plus se préoccuper du stationnement, le parking payant étant très bien indiqué par notre hôte.

bien que le sachant , les 4 étages ( marches hautes ) sans ascenseur ont été un peu dures à monter . L’eau chaude a manqué deux jours sur trois ( quelqu’un avait il toucher a un bouton avant nous ? ). A l’arrivée le quartier surprend , par son côté multiculturel .

Genua wspaniała, po raz kolejny mogłam podziwiać uroki miasta.

Lokalizacja dobra. Apartament śliczny, odnowiony. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka Pani Aleksandra.

Obawiam się, że poprawić nic się nie da. W mieszkaniu przykre zapachy dobiegające zza okien (widoki na góry cuchnących śmieci). Brak klimatyzacji, co uniemożliwiało zamknięcie okien. Okolica trochę niebezpieczna (syn był zaczepiany przez miejscowych).
