Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung - mit viel Liebe zum Detail - mit allen möglichen Geräten und Artikeln.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Recht ruhig gelegen und doch zentrumsnah für Stadtbummel etc.
Die Treppe ist etwas abenteuerlich, leider.
Es hatte etwas zu viele Alpini in der Stadt an diesem Wochenende!

Fenster bzw Gartenblick waren izum Hof und auch ruhig gelegen. Ein gut eingerichtetes Apartment auch mit guten Geschmack dekoriert , mögliche Spiele waren vorhanden, die Betten waren super bequem. Wenn es Anfragen gab hat sich die Vermieterin schnell zurückgemeldet .
Mit dem Gepäck im Haus hoch und runter zu kommen war etwas schwierig gestaltet , sehr steile Treppen. Wer fit ist schafft es aber gut.

L'appartement est très bien placé, pas loin de la gare, du centre historique et du port. Il est très joli, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Les escaliers un peu raids, mais cela nous a permis d'évacuer toutes ces pasta au pesto que nous avons dégusté! Des focaccia fraiches comme une petite attention de bienvenue de Luisella qui est une hôte merveilleuse, très gentille et disponible (au départ j'ai oublié mon téléphone portable, elle s'est montrée très compréhensive et réactive pour me l'envoyer par la poste!). Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Genova est une ville magnifique qui en vaut le coup, et l'appartement de Luisella est un petit plus appréciable.
Mon mari dit qu'il faudrait penser à y mettre ascenseur - c'est une blague, bien sûr! :-)))

Clean modern apartment, tastefully decorated.. Lots of useful extras, coffee, cake, cold water etc
Good restaurant opposite. Near Principe station.
Great apartment for younger people.
78 uneven stairs 4/5 flights., only,20 ISH shown in photos. But owner came to take he cases down for us. Thank you. Too much for us at 80.
Bed too large for the bedroom, sidled around it having to avoid TV. Doing this scraped arm on sharp corner of edge of metal trim.
Each morning we had dozens of flying ants also in the bedroom but managed to swat most of them.
