Great central location and smooth communication with the host, but the surrounding area felt unsafe

The location in the city center was very convenient — everything was within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent, and the key pickup process went smoothly. Although the apartment is a bit dated, it was reasonably clean and well-prepared for our stay.

Surrounding area is quite problematic. One evening, we were greeted by a group of migrants sitting on the stairs at the entrance to the building, openly using drugs. In the evenings and nights, the neighborhood becomes unpleasant, with loud groups drinking and taking drugs right outside. The parties and disturbances lasted until 5–6 in the morning, making it impossible to open the windows or get proper rest. After dark, it didn’t feel safe to go outside. The apartment itself does not have air conditioning, and due to the situation outside, keeping the windows closed made it extremely stuffy, even though there were fans available. Additionally, the presence of a large number of mosquitoes made it difficult to ventilate the space properly.

L'appartamento è molto comodo per visitare l'acquario, si trova a due passi dal porto antico. una cucina bene attrezzata. uno dei due materassi molto comodo

Una ripida e stretta scala per salire. appartamento buio ed umido. a gennaio la caldaia non funzionava. invece di uscire abbiamo passato una serata a telefono col gestore a cercare di farla funzionare, ma abbiamo perso una serata da passare fuori per risolvere. miracolosamente ottenuta una accensione ci è stato "concesso" di tenere la caldaia accesa a dispetto dei timer preimpostati ma nella notte siamo stati svegliati da un orribile e sinistro rumore proveniente dalla caldaia e abbiamo dovuto spegnere. lavati due bambini con acqua fredda. avevano promesso un intervento di un tecnico che non è venuto. nonostante avessimo avvertito che le coperte erano poche e non calde non ne sono state portate di altre . il bidet perdeva acqua e il pavimento del bagno era costantemente bagnato. abbiamo dovuto dormire indossando tutti i vestiti che avevamo. lo stretto e desolato vicolo in cui è situato l'appartamento è popolato di prostitute e immigrati le cui urla e risate durante la notte disturbano il sonno. Abito a Napoli, non in Svizzera: non sono una persona impressionabile e non tornavamo tardi la sera, ma il ritorno a casa non era sereno. abbiamo ricevuto, dopo averlo dovuto richiedere con un reclamo, un rimborso del 40 % per la caldaia ma francamente insufficiente a coprire il disagio... avremmo voluto solo andarcene e cambiare alloggio.

L'emplacement est pratique, l'appartement spacieux

Je sais que cela ne dépend pas de l'hôte, mais fin 2025 la ruelle est occupée par des personnes qui se droguent, et jonchée de détritus. L'appartement n'est pas lumineux, sommairement équipé. Le chauffe-eau fait un bruit d'enfer, et nous avons eu une panne de chauffage à la fin de notre séjour.

Zona non il massimo la sera. Casa parzialmente ristrutturata ma con parecchie lacune, peccato perché con poco sarebbe ottima.
