The location in the city center was very convenient — everything was within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent, and the key pickup process went smoothly. Although the apartment is a bit dated, it was reasonably clean and well-prepared for our stay.
Surrounding area is quite problematic. One evening, we were greeted by a group of migrants sitting on the stairs at the entrance to the building, openly using drugs. In the evenings and nights, the neighborhood becomes unpleasant, with loud groups drinking and taking drugs right outside. The parties and disturbances lasted until 5–6 in the morning, making it impossible to open the windows or get proper rest. After dark, it didn’t feel safe to go outside.
The apartment itself does not have air conditioning, and due to the situation outside, keeping the windows closed made it extremely stuffy, even though there were fans available. Additionally, the presence of a large number of mosquitoes made it difficult to ventilate the space properly.
