The accommodation is located very close to the train station, which is a huge advantage. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc. The owner was very helpful and polite, and despite some issues with the reservation on Booking’s side, the communication was excellent throughout the whole stay.

The downside for us was the noise level around the building. The neighbors, mainly groups of immigrants, were often very loud. There was frequent noise in the staircase, with people constantly going in and out, slamming doors and talking loudly. Groups were also gathering near the entrance to the building, and even with the windows and shutters closed, it was difficult to block out the noise, which sometimes continued until around 1 AM. Police cars occasionally passed by but did not seem to react. For us, this was a disadvantage because we prefer a relatively quiet environment for sleeping.

Die Lage der Wohnung im Stadteil Prè ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig,der Hausflur sehr dreckig und runtergekommen.

Convenient location- close to the train station and the aquarium. Very tasteful, clean and well equipped apartment. The host was on top of everything. Very polite and accommodating.

It doesn’t have a lift, but it’s only on the first floor.
