Location and host - Giorgia and family very kindly showed us around the house and gave us tips and insights for accessing various amenities in the city. Well kept flat with AC. Excellent kitchen with all facilties in great order. Excellent location fot local attractions and train station.

No lift and rough neighbourhood - however no security issues with the flat itself.

The space, heaps of room! Staff were very friendly. Beautifully furnished and styled. Very Comfortable for 4 people.

PL Przestronne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Brakowało nam może kilku drobiazgów, ale wiele elementów było nowych, więc nie ma na co narzekać. Na kilkudniowy pobyt niczego nam nie zabrakło. Pokoje są duże, łazienka również bardzo przestronna i w pełni wyposażona. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Dodatkowym atutem jest bliska odległość do stacji metra, kolejowej, portu oraz Starego Miasta. EN Spacious and well-equipped apartment. We may have missed a few small things, but many elements were new, so there is nothing to complain about. For a stay of a few days, we lacked nothing. The rooms are large, and the bathroom is also very spacious and well equipped. Good contact with the owner. An additional advantage is the close proximity to the metro & railway station, the port, and the Old Town.

PL Jest kilka mankamentów, które warto wskazać, bez umniejszania jakości obiektu. Okolica jest bardzo intensywnie uczęszczana i charakteryzuje się dużą różnorodnością kulturową, co zwłaszcza późnymi wieczorami może wpływać na subiektywne poczucie komfortu części gości. Apartament znajduje się na ostatnim piętrze – wejście wymaga pokonania ponad stu schodów, co może być utrudnieniem przy ciężkim bagażu lub ograniczonej mobilności. W pobliżu są małe sklepiki, jednak najbliższy większy supermarket, umożliwiający kompleksowe zakupy, oddalony jest o kilkaset metrów. W sezonie zimowym ogrzewanie oparte na klimatyzacji w pokoju dziennym okazało się niewystarczające – w sypialniach było chłodno i wymagają one dodatkowego ogrzewania. EN There are a few drawbacks worth mentioning without diminishing the quality of the apartment. The neighborhood is very busy and culturally diverse, which, especially in the late evening, may affect the personal comfort of some guests. The apartment is located on the top floor, and access requires climbing over a hundred steps, which may be inconvenient with heavy luggage or limited mobility. There are small local shops nearby, but the nearest large supermarket suitable for full grocery shopping is several hundred meters away. During the winter season, heating based on air conditioning in the living room was not sufficient, and the bedrooms were cold and require additional heating.

Дуже сподобалося місцерозташування, біля вокзалу 3 хв., бо нам треба було їздити кожен день на потязі і цей вокзал прям поруч, дуже круто! Власник помешкання завжди був на зв'язку. Квартира супер, простора, для нас 5 людей було дуже зручно. В квартирі були приладдя для кухні, олія, сіль, кава, дуже зручно. Загалом ми довольні, але є і мінуси.

Верхній поверх (сьомий наче😁), були 10 днів і ці сходи запам'ятаємо надовго. Смітник зразу поруч при виході з будинку, сморід жах, не дуже естетично виглядає з тараканами і щурами))) Але ми справились!! Що стосується квартири: то перше на що хочеться звернути увагу, то це ДУШ і поломана шухляда у ванній. Душ малий, що навіть діти не могли нормально митись, двері душової кабіни також зламані. Шухляда від тумби у ванній кожного разу вивалювалась на ноги, не зручно. Але власник сказав шо у них в планах це все лагодити🤝 Ще один мінус - це КОЛОКОЛ, прям у вікні😅 просто ми не знали коли бронювали помешкання шо колокол буде так гучно бемкати😆 А так все ок, дякую за підтримку власнику🙂

Sehr gute zentrale Lage nahe Bahnhof. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns auf Nachfrage mit funktionierenden Regenschirm und einem Messerschärfer ausgestattet. Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat problemlos funktioniert. Er hat uns freundlicher Weise angeboten ein Handy, dass wir vergessen haben per Post zu zu senden.

Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei Matratzen, das war etwas unbequem manchmal. Im Schlafzimmer hat uns eine Heizung gefehlt. Es war kalt draußen, wir haben unter dem Fenster geschlafen und deswegen durchgehend kalte Luft von oben ins Gesicht bekommen. Bei der Dusche ging manchmal sehr schnell das warme Wasser aus. Eine Spülmaschine wäre eine nette Ergänzung für die Wohnung.
