A pleasant stay

Great location with lots of things to see around. You feel like you are back in time at this property. There's no AC but plenty of fans to keep yourself cool enough to sleep.

The bathroom needed some maintenance. Despite general cleanliness the toilet wasn't cleaned with the same level of quality. Some issue with rubbish disposal, it took us a week to figure out how to get access to rubbish storage (there's a fob on the key chain). The staff could not help with that, unfortunately.

I would not stray again for sure! Q uite expensive for what it was really but good location

Location was nice

1)Painful check in process where you need to upload pictures of all passports and then type in all the data yourself doing all the work for them. 2)They offer bag storage but I was refused twice so had to carry my bag with me in a very hot day before the check in and also after check out as I have been told “storage is inside the flat and while cleaning team is working there is no option of me using it”. whats a point of offering then as Im assuming they always booked out 3) Been told on check out that all rubbish needed to be taken out or they will charge me extra but no clear info where to take it in information pack so had to call and they didn’t even know where is the rubbish bin so I been told to hold and then been told that the bins were left had side when get out of the apartment building which there weren’t any so had to walk around the block with 5 rubbish bags. Location provided was wrong basically. 4) Poor essential equipment- no wine glasses at all but at least 30 deferent plates and also just 1 mug for tea. no mention no air-con but 3 very dusty fans!

Lovely location, spacious living area, clean yet simple flat!

We loved the location of the property. We appreciated the lift and the open floor plan of the sitting room and attached kitchen. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower had great water pressure. The flat was clean and had great windows overlooking the square. We loved looking out the windows and watching the city life. The washing machine was nice to have and the drying rack inside was helpful.

We liked the flat but it needed a few more things to make it more comfortable. The blankets and bedding was great but the actual mattress and pillows for the beds were terrible. The bed was hard and the pillows were very flat and felt old. The noise from the street at night was very loud but that is understandable since we were in the city with a great view over the square. Please have someone oil the wheel for the laundry drying line out the window. It was almost impossible to use and move the clothes line because the wheel was stuck. For such a spacious flat and lovely floor you would think there would be a little more art work and a more substantial double bed and kitchen table.

Comfortable apartment in heart of old town

Location was perfect for us (we were attending a wedding just round the corner). Host was very helpful - office just across the way, and they were on hand to help. Let us store bags with them so we could explore a little more of Genoa before leaving.
