A perfectly located and quiet apartment with warm, helpful hosts

The apartment's location was excellent – just steps away from the train station, yet surprisingly quiet. The hosts provided clear instructions, communicated easily, and even came in person to help us connect to the internet. The atmosphere was very friendly, and we truly felt like welcome guests

Good value

Recently renovated and in very good condition. Large rooms with plenty of living space. Unlike many other travelers, we found the apartment was easy to find when you prepare your walking map before arrival. 2 minute walk from train station, 6 minutes from bus terminal. Highly recommended for a short stay (nobody wants to stay more than two nights in Genoa!)

Unlike many other apartment style rooms, there were no essentials basket (coffee, snacks, etc)

We had a great stay in the city and the apartment make it easy.

The appartment was clean and large. The owner was very good, and he helped with our stay and plans for the city. We had missed a connection and had to cancel one night stay. The owner was very supportive. The appartment was near the train station and had easy access to the city.

It was a little hard to find. But worth it.

The decor and furniture was modern and clean. Great lighting, nice TV! The kitchen has everything you need. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We left our luggage with them after check out and it wasn't a problem. We also needed covid tests and the owners checked out a free possibility with the Red Cross, which was very kind of them.

We didn't like the humidity. It's a basement / ground floor flat and has small windows ( none in bedroom) at street level, so no real ventilation. On the upside they had very good aircon.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Uwaga - ostre podejście pod górę. Można spokojnym spacerem odwiedzić wszystkie ważne zabytki w mieście. Przyzwoita łazienka i kuchnia

É bem próximo da estação ferroviária mas tem uma rampa íngreme para chegar no local. O apartamento é amplo e limpo, a iluminação compensa a falta de janelas que ficam de cortina fechada pois dá no nível da rua

Зручне місцезнаходження, біля вокзалу та місця куди підвозить шатл з аеропорту Сучасні меблі , просторе приміщення , зручне ліжко

Орендували квартиру для родини 2 дорослих та двоє дітей 11 і 5 років По перше що треба розуміти - це напівподвальне приміщення в старому будинку. Вхідні двері одразу поряд зі старими деревʼяними дверми в підʼїзді, шумоізоляція дуже погана, тому зранку чутно кожного хто виходить з будинку та грюкає дверима Не дивлячись що апартаменти достатньо просторні , кількість спальних місць 2 на двоспальному ліжку та 1 на маленькому розкладному дивані в другій прохідній кімнаті . Дитину 5 років нам довелося покласти спати разом з нами , їй ми не знайшли навіть подушки. В першій кімнаті при вході також є диван , але він шкіряний та не розкладний , тобто не пристосований для сну , а лише для сидіння Загалом , ми знімали мешкання лише щоб переночувати , заїхали пізно ввечері , виїхали зранку На довше лишитися мені б там точно не хотілося Як висновок : можна знімати для двох невибагливих подорожуючих , які розглядають апартаменти лише як базу для сну.

Наистина е много близо до жп гарата, за който пристига късно или си тръгва рано. Но и центърът е на пешеходно разстояние. Комуникацията с домакина е добра, но само по телефон, тоест лично не се срещнахме. Апартаментът е чист и прохладен (бяхме там в жегите и беше много приятно вътре без климатик). Домакинът е осигурил кърпи и продукти за баня, има кухня с необходимото оборудване за кафе или приготвяне на храна. Широко и просторно е.

Всичко беше добре, докато не се наложи да се прибираме след 11 ч. вечерта и установихме, че сградата, в която е апартамента, е затворена с още една врата, за която кодът за достъп първоначално не проработи. Имаше малко перипетии около това, след което се свързахме с домакина и той каза, че вратата заяжда и се отваря малко по трудно. Та посреднощ бутахме врати с всичка сила :-) Препоръката ми е към домакина да предупреждава бъдещите си гости за този проблем, ако бяхме информирани предварително нямаше да изпадаме в конфузни ситуации.

Entrando in casa si sente odore di muffa, i muri in molti punti sono scrostati. Essendo un seminterrato nn c'è molta luce naturale anche se ben compensato da impianto luminoso.

Nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarlo

El departamento amplio y bien organizado. Cerca de estación de trenes lo que era importante para nosotros La cocina bien, solo nos faltaron unos sobrecitos para hacer té . Por corto tiempo que estuvimos allí no lo pudimos disfrutar más pero obviamente no es problema de dueño. Precio muy bien

Falta la señalización del lugar. Estábamos buscando el lugar por un buen rato con maletas y en pura subida.. En la mañana tuvimos que dejar nuestras maletas en el mismo apartamento donde hubo gente dormida todavía.
