Grand apartment, brilliantly equipped

Very friendly host. We were offered safe private parking. It is a 3rd floor flat facing the cargo ship port. It has a little lift for luggage. Apartment is grand, with maximum possible equipment. It can host even a 6 member family. All the equipment is almost brand new. All roms are beautifully decorated. Bathroom is extra big with 2 basins and shower corner with window. There are all kinds of shops just round the corner, including bakery, grocery, café or pizzeria. Flat has a cute little balcony. Another advantage is presence of bus stop right next to the building. You travel just 3 stops and you are on the public beach. Bus nr. 1 rides both ways to the Genoa city centre but expect the traveling time can reach almost 1 hour. Qor family was completely satisfied with the stay. Thanks!

Rooms are not airconditioned. They use fans instead and through windows airing. But being the part of a bigger building with several more flats above, the inside temperature in the middle of summer was tolerable.

Giusy the Owner was Great and helpful with her Sun they found me place to Park my Big car- we were family of 6 there is very close big supermarket ant great places to eat i will defiantly come back /

This apartment exceeds all expectations, very spacious, with a nice view, very well equipped up to the smallest detail and spotless clean. The bathroom, shower, kitchen all in perfect state of maintenance and cleanliness.

Niet echt een locatie om een weekje vakantie te vieren.

Prijs kwaliteit was prima. Er is een kleine lift gezien het appartement zich op de 3de verdieping bevind.

Locatie is toch wat afgelegen en verder van het stadscentrum dan we dachten.

Comoda e davvero molto spaziosa. Zona ideale sia per svago che per lavoro, all’uscita dell’autostrada, 15 minuti dal centro di Genova e 15 minuti dalle spiagge di Varazze. Presente ogni cosa utile, piano cottura, frigo, Tv e Macchina del caffè con cialde… Gestione davvero accogliente e gentile.

Siamo venuti per partecipare al Trofeo di Aragno, quindi cercavamo una sistemazione il più vicino possibile alla piscina. Location ottima. Appartamento spazioso, pulito ed accogliente, dotato di ogni comfort. La signora Giusy molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarla☺️
