A little gem of an apartment

A cute little apartment right on the sea front with a very comfortable bed. Stefania was a superb host: she was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us find somewhere to park and she also provided lots of helpful information. It was very easy to get the bus into the city and we liked being away from the centre. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs!

Everything was just perfect

it was very clean. The flat was made in sea theme. there were many small and really cute details. Bad was very comfortable. There were biscuits, a bottle of water, coffee capsules and tea bags for us disposition. Plus there is a Netflix subscription for us! The owner was really friendly and helpful.

A lovely little stay

Great location with good access to Genoa main town. Lots of nice coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Stefania was always on hand and very helpful with suggestions.

Cosy place with great view

Very cosy place with great view and good location. It was not in the city centre but you can take a train which takes about 20 min. The host was lovely and recommended the best places for dinner, shopping and travel 😊

Superb

The sea view and the proximity to the shore are the greatest part of the stay! The host provided good recommendations for restaurants in the area as well as in the city center. Its a well equipped apartment with a good kitchen if you would like to cook during your stay:) clean and relaxed atmosphere with selected housewares

Sound insulation is not great in the bedroom window and the bathroom door. Took some time to get used to the distance to the city center but at the end it’s worth it

A well equipped flat with excellent sea view !

The lady owner Stefania is very kind, she waited our arrival in the street in very cold weather and secured a street parking for us ! She is so kind !!! The unit is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with very good facilities. You can see the beautiful sea from the flat that is excellent !!! Stefania also recommended us a local restaurant nearby and render us help when we raised, she is so excellent, thanks !

Be prepared, you need to take you luggage for a few floors, it rewards you with excellent seaview in the unit !

Friendly owners and great location!

Giorgio was extremely friendly and helpful during my visit. He even picked me up from the airport upon my arrival and booked a taxi for my early morning departure. The location was also very convenient and right on the water with amazing views.

Small shower and bathroom not ideal for tall individuals but seems to be the norm in Europe and not exclusive to this property.

location bellissima, la vista da questa casa magnifica regala emozioni con ogni tipo di clima. Trovata pulitissima, ed è da subito molto accogliente. Proprietari gentilissimi, si presentano sul posto per dare il benvenuto e consigliano un sacco di posti speciali. Veramente un angolo di paradiso, super consigliato!

Pegli con amici

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, gentili e professionali. Appartamento vicino al centro di Pegli e con diversi negozi nelle vicinanze. La spiaggia di fronte è facilmente raggiungibile. L’appartamento è ben attrezzato e gli spazi, seppur non molto grandi, sono disposti molto bene. Bellissima la vista dalle finestre sul mare. Infissi nuovi che isolano un po’ dal rumore della strada principale sottostante.

Lo scaldabagno da soli 30 litri, un po’ troppo piccolo per 4 persone.

Úžasné ubytování

Hostitelka byla velmi milá, ochotná a vstřícná. Pomohla nám s parkováním a nabídla typy na obchody, restaurace, dopravu a výlety. Ubytování je s úchvatným výhledem na moře. Pokoje jsou čisté a zařízené vším potřebným. Dovolenou jsme si moc užili a určitě se někdy rádi vrátíme. Všem vřele doporučuji.

Vše bylo dokonalé. Jediné co by mohlo někoho omezovat je byt v pátém patře, tedy kdo má zdravotní omezení a nezvládá chůzi do schodů není ubytování pro něj. Nám ale vůbec nevadilo.

Прекрасная квартира для тех, кто хочет ощутить итальянский колорит. Понравилась хозяйка Стефания с мужем, которые встретили нас, помогли заранее занять парковочное место, так как машину здесь припарковать нереально. В квартире идеальная чистота, создана атмосфера уюта, где продумана каждая деталь интерьера. На кухне есть все необходимое и даже кофемашина. Есть стиральная машина. Квартира находится в 1 минуте ходьбы от пляжа, через подземный переход. Пляж бесплатный, где бывает совсем немного народа и по большому счету тусуются местные. Так же рядом много кафешек и в 8 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет, где отговариваются местные жители.

Die Liebe zum Detail! Die freundlichen Gastgeber und die Ausstattung! Bushaltestelle direkt am Haus! Betten mit guten Matratzen. Tolle Aussicht!

Die Couch ist sehr unbequem und es gab außer dem Bett keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit. Die 90 Stufen im engen Treppenhaus sind sehr anstrengend!

Gute Lage, toller Blick

Tolle Lage um Genua zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders schön war der Blick aus dem Bett auf das Meer und die aufgehende Sonne!!
