It is a lovely top floor apartment that makes you feel at home with its nice decoration and spacious rooms. Snacks were provided which was nice. The washing machine was great for us who were interrailing, and detergent was provided. The owner was very helpful with providing information to get there and seemed passionate about everything. The bed was comfy especially the pillows and the bedroom had air conditioning as well as the room with the sofas. It is really good value for money.
The location was alright - a ten minute walk from the train station to get into town. Granted, we were on foot without a car.

We received very detailed information about how to get it, which was very useful and simple. We could park in close proximity which was super but there isn't private spot so maybe we just got lucky and you need to print permit on your own. The owner is responsive and helpful. The flat was quite hot but the AC works absolutely perfectly so it wasn't problem at all. And you couldn't hear any noise from the road downstairs. Lots of outlets. Good water pressure. We also appreciated bowl for our dog :) I
It is a rooftop flat so the ceiling is slanted, if you are tall you might be banging your head :D kitchen could use bit more utensils. Wouldn't recommend for long stays but for few days it was very good value.

Es war alles Erdenkliche vorhanden, was man evtl brauchen könnte. Von Mikrowelle über Waschmaschine bis Wäscheständer und kleinen Frühstückssnacks.
Waschpulver, Handcreme,...
Sehr netter Kontakt. Ein Zettel für die Parkerlaubnis an den Straßen vor Ort wird auch zugeschickt.
Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, Aufzug ist auch vorhanden aber nur bis in den 4ten Stock. Der letzte muss zu Fuß gegangen werden.
Gut mit den Öffis angebunden. Unbedingt das Naveboot nutzen um zum Hafen zu gelangen.
Leider war es nicht sehr sauber in der Wohnung. Könnte evtl. daran gelegen haben, dass wir uns für Vormittags angekündigt haben und auch sofort ins Appartement könnten und laut Gästebuch am Vortag noch jemand da war. Aber lieber nur Koffer abstellen lassen und richtig sauber machen...
WLAN ging leider nicht. Haben aber nicht reklamiert.
